Cheers mate! I use the mirage brand neoprene boots with metal studs. Wear out overtime but heaps of traction and keep your feet warm

Cheers mate! If your after arrows around Lake Macquarie just drive jetty to jetty at night and you’ll pick up a few. Places like valentine, Belmont, etc. From the ocean rocks I always had the best luck around catho area but your spoilt for choice of good ledges around newy as well
