    Great video. definitely going to try this next time. is broth for tsukeman ramen usually just a boiled down version of regular ramen?

      Thank you Dave!! Yes, Tsukemen is a thicker broth than ramen, so you should boil down the ramen broth. And We often put fish powder in thick broth.

      When making noodles at home, I use raw eggs occasionally, but at stores I do not use it because of the risk of food poisoning.
