Thank you Dave!! Yes, Tsukemen is a thicker broth than ramen, so you should boil down the ramen broth. And We often put fish powder in thick broth.

Whay don't you use eggs in making ramen noodles? Please answer my question, thanks
When making noodles at home, I use raw eggs occasionally, but at stores I do not use it because of the risk of food poisoning.
