Yes dry barley, depends on how much ginger beer is being made. It’s just to help brew the drink 1 cup is good enough 🙏🏼😊

I averaged like 1 cup barley
How many cups of warm water is there approx?
I probably put about 1 gallon, I didn’t measure sorry.
Do you close the lid tightly or is it loosely covered? Filtered water?
Yes I used filtered water. Bottled water can also be used.
I will try it but too much sugar I think.

Longer than 3 days definitely will have ! 😊
Yeah the longer leave to stronger will be also you will add more sugar for the yeast eat, yeast eats sugar and make alcohol as byproduct.
