Not sure why you have likes and dislikes disabled on your videos; You obviously care very much for all your critters, and videos like this definitely show! I guess it is understandable for other videos where people get upset over other bugs being killed...(...if they are that upset, they need to sit down and watch an animal documentary explained by David Attenborough).
Again, you obviously care for and appreciate your critters, but (I guess it's not that big of a deal since I was able to still like) you shouldn't be worried about people seeing the like/dislike ratios of your videos.
You are a true animal lover, and there is much respect and love for that.

Although it's not good to hold your frog for long periods of time, it's ok for you to pick it up and move it during transport. I do this all the time with my pacman frog with no problems.

Since one of you said Poison and the other Venom, here's the difference. Venom is caused by a Sting or a Bite, and poison is caused by something that isn't caused by a Sting or a Bite (Uau, Captain obvious)

Frog gets tipped upside down, cause he doesn't wanna move. Leaves out an indignant squeak. Gets called weird. 🤗🤗🤗

you can use 70% 2-propanol (propan-2-ol) for desinfecting. Propanol evaporates to 100% and does not leave any traces. After 1 or 2 hrs (or even after 30min but waiting more is better) the propanol is completely gone.
