For those that don't know, the tiny section of the oven is called a salamander. I'm also curious for those who can actually afford a house of this size, would you actually buy a house that is so close to your neighbors? You can practically open your window and touch the other house.
7:10 Is that an Induction Cooktop?! 😊 Yeah! Upscale Kitchen without Gas! A large screen porch, if the fireplaces were wood burning, it would be perfect! I would have an issue with the steps up to the staircase. It may be only two steps, but there’s no handrail! That would be dangerous for people with balance difficulties!
This is definitely one of the most stunning homes I’ve ever seen a dream home for sure! I would turn the basketball court and the the entrance area to the basketball court into a full fledged theater room and a music studio and I would never want to leave home. Wow just wow 🤯 🤟🏻
I don't like wood burning...I go into asthma attacks if around the smoke. I can't go to anyone's house that has that. My neighbor put in a wood burning fire pit, ruined me being outside whenever he uses it. Grrrrr
🤯 OMG!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Seriously, I will need to go through the tour again but I didn't notice anything I would change but the basketball court. The room in the "turret". For a young couple, I think it would make an excellent nursery, but as an office is okay. Thanks for the tour, Tim.
Welcome to Minnesota Tim. Was surprised to learn you were in my neighborhood. My great grandfather used to take me fishing on Halstead's Bay when I was a just a tot. You did pronounce Minnetonka correctly but around here we say Lake Minnetonka, not Minnetonka Lake. Thanks for the tour.
You need a place to hide with the great American war on walls alive and well… I will never understand the need to be open just for the sake of being open.
Love the house and the use of arches was genuinely placed that gave off a cozy modern feel which is hard to do. The only thing I would change is keep the size and height of the awesome half basketball court but turn that into an amazing home movie theater. The sound and acoustics from a setup like that would be out of this world. Love your videos and keep um coming and God Bless.
I love this home. I wasn’t expecting the main bedroom to be on the second floor. Very nice. I think I’d end up living the in turret reading room. Unless I had kids who love basketball, I think that basketball court would make a great little roller skating rink.
What an exceptional home! Love to picture multigenerational gatherings, but would need an elevator for three levels. Best house tour this year, which is saying alot!
I too am for the racquetball court. Too bad I can’t play anymore due to a back injury from my days of catapulting off of aircraft carriers in an E-2C. Also, I too think that the small rectangular over is a pizza oven.
Beautiful home! Glad to see you back in Minnesota. We just checked out the Artisan tour. Loved those homes also. We are building about 1 1/2 hours north west of there. So many ideas from your videos! Thanks Timothy!
Hello from Montana! I really enjoy your channel and your personality. I daydream about having a beautiful home built and you touring it. My dream home idea is a multigenerational build. I glean many ideas from all your videos. I would have a big BBQ for our families. Keep it up.
This is a great place. First I'd like an elevator. Tweak that Fireplace. Hate the open wall behind the stove...you need a "back splash" or splatter could go through that hole to the floor behind it. Other than that, I can't think of anything...OH YEAH, dump the wine wall in the Basement.
Thank you for this tour! Overall it is a lovely home. Nice to see some unique things, like the open butlers pantry and the office upstairs. I like the layout. I do think the arches are overdone. Not a fan of the 1/2 court bb court in the house. And I do not like the kitchen sink in the island at all. That would actually be a deal breaker for me. In my opinion ☺️
Beautiful home. Love the kitchen. I’m not crazy about the trend towards dark wood cabinets though. I prefer the white or mixed color upper lower cabinet look.
Too many pillars in the way. There doesn't seem to be any wall space in dining room for china etc. No pantry...the kitchen wasn't that great. Also, I agree that the living room fireplace is too small.
Dislike the foyer, people coming to the office have a full view of the home . Wish it had a private entry or blocked from the foyer, barn type doors maybe or 2nd set of frosted glass sliders.???
Imagine oil splatter at that cooktop just going everywhere. 😱. Fantastic job with the master vanity in or the windows and mirrors. Do builders no longer build traditionally styled homes? So many of these are too modern for my tastes.
All that room for eating (too many places) for a small kitchen. And that open area behind the range, I don’t want to feel more like a short order cook the I already do. Is my grill supposed to to be in that screen porch living area? Only part way thru 1st floor and it’s a no for me
They've really limited the sales by take a huge chunk of the basement and making it a basket ball court. Nota fan of arches so I would never purchase something like this. Not my cup of tea.
There's some cool features but I don't like the style at all. especially the arches. I would have included a sauna, jacuzzi and workout room rather than a basketball court.
Bro said the spiral thing😂 dude it's a turret roof bro can at least try to get some of the looks name right. Builders in the comments are cringing. PSA you home tourist learn your material and home designs
Soooo tired of the SAME set up in the kitchen (sometimes with slight variations) in EVERY house. Sink in the island, stove directly behind, "coffee bar", uada, yada, yada... 🥱 Where's the creative imagination?
What setup would you like? Kitchens are usually set up to maximize cooking, not for 100percent looks. The stove behind the kitchen sink works because you can prepare or rinse food, turn around and put it in a pot. Some things are standard for a reason- because they work.
The second office space on the second floor would be perfect as a Nursey and for a young child
True dream home right there.
I love how positive and polite you are touring these beautiful homes. Thank you

I love these homes that have screened in decks.
Definitely my favorite house too! Just would switch the basketball court for a small pool.
7:10 Is that an Induction Cooktop?! 😊 Yeah! Upscale Kitchen without Gas! A large screen porch, if the fireplaces were wood burning, it would be perfect!

It’s probably a broiler above the oven under the cooktop 👍🏼😉
Or a pizza oven. I think the broiler might be on the other side towards the bottom.
It’s just a grill.
I agree that the fireplace insert (hate gas inserts, prefer wood burning ) needs to be larger as in taller by at least a foot minimum.
I don't like wood burning...I go into asthma attacks if around the smoke. I can't go to anyone's house that has that. My neighbor put in a wood burning fire pit, ruined me being outside whenever he uses it. Grrrrr
24:30 I would make the basket ball court an area for my Lego City!😊
This house is next level gorgeous!! So many beautiful details!! Wow Timothy! ❤❤❤
Very nice but I don't think I'm nuts about the arches - at least not in newer homes. I'm more of a wood beam kind of guy.
🤯 OMG!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! Seriously, I will need to go through the tour again but I didn't notice anything I would change but the basketball court. The room in the "turret". For a young couple, I think it would make an excellent nursery, but as an office is okay.

Beautiful home. Enjoyed the tour. I also loved the scenery.... Those Fall trees!
That is the first time I’ve seen a European type cooker in a u.s home. That compartment you were not sure of is a grill.
No it’s not it’s a broiler.
I thought the point of having a scullery was to hide the messy part of the kitchen operation during parties and holiday events.
You need a place to hide with the great American war on walls alive and well… I will never understand the need to be open just for the sake of being open.
I would add benches in all of the bathrooms for old people like me.
I agree this is the most beautiful house you’ve ever toured! Absolute perfection. 💜
I think so to, because it is practical and not to big
I would have wanted sun exposure and a lake view with that outdoor living space.
It's the archways for me!!!! Gorgeous!
The tub . . . OMGOOOOOSSSHHHH!!!!!! 😍😍

Love everything, the house is beautiful, but the garage porch is spectacular 😊 and its heated😊
I hope there is a floor drain to get rid of the snow and ice when it melts off the car. I had a garage that had one and it was great.
I love this home. I wasn’t expecting the main bedroom to be on the second floor. Very nice. I think I’d end up living the in turret reading room. Unless I had kids who love basketball, I think that basketball court would make a great little roller skating rink.
This would be incredible ❤️ can you imagine the parties and holidays you could enjoy in this home!!!!
Great view from the backyard. I wish I could see this every day.
Love it! Gonna have to watch a second time when I can sit down and really enjoy the details.
What an exceptional home! Love to picture multigenerational gatherings, but would need an elevator for three levels. Best house tour this year, which is saying alot!

You are so right this has become my favorite home too has everything I want and love the layout ❤❤❤
Beautiful home! Glad to see you back in Minnesota. We just checked out the Artisan tour. Loved those homes also. We are building about 1 1/2 hours north west of there. So many ideas from your videos! Thanks Timothy!
Gorgeous home!!!

I like this one❤
Lovely!
Love the arches but don't need a basketball court, maybe id see if I could put a small in ground pool in there to do my water exercises.
Thanks
Love the Master bedroom
For me, I would make the basketball court an indoor pool.
Imagine an indoor pool where the basketball court is 🏊 or a full gym with all the equipment and sauna 🧖♂️
You will not like all the multi-layered floors as you get older.
That’s why they are 2/3/
Million & worth it
It’s a broiler 😮
Tht house is very nice
Too many pillars in the way. There doesn't seem to be any wall space in dining room for china etc. No pantry...the kitchen wasn't that great. Also, I agree that the living room fireplace is too small.
Gorgeous House! I love it, but no Gas Cooktop?? I couldn't cook with that cook top even tho it's very pretty.
Do people really need a basketball court at home? I had a ring hung outside the garage.
Pretty, no, Very Nice!
Art deco vibes
Love it but not those arches❤
All the columns on the 1st floor are a no go for me.
Dislike the foyer, people coming to the office have a full view of the home . Wish it had a private entry or blocked from the foyer, barn type doors maybe or 2nd set of frosted glass sliders.???

Is that an Aga induction range?
Please, refer to it as a dining area🙏
NOBODY SEE THE AC VENT ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR ?? WHY ?? WHY ?? WHY ?? 😢😢😭😭😭🤣🤣🤪🤪👀👀 DONT PEOPLE MOP FLOORS ?????🤣🤣
Immediately lost me with the arches

this is modern spanish style, might become a new trend.
Do you only have one shirt?
I laughed harder than I should have 😂 My husband is just like this.
Subway tiles are getting OLD
I hate that I don't see you turn the lights back off. It's driving me crazy. Nice house though.
They've really limited the sales by take a huge chunk of the basement and making it a basket ball court. Nota fan of arches so I would never purchase something like this. Not my cup of tea.
Would definitely not want pocket doors
Why did he only show the floor plan for the first floor and not the others
Needs an elevator, but it is beautiful!
There's some cool features but I don't like the style at all. especially the arches. I would have included a sauna, jacuzzi and workout room rather than a basketball court.
Why is that kitchen so tiny? Uber eats every night?
I like but that's too many arches!
I think the small compartment on the stove/oven is a bun or food warmer.
$3 million in MN.😂
Bro said the spiral thing😂 dude it's a turret roof bro can at least try to get some of the looks name right. Builders in the comments are cringing. PSA you home tourist learn your material and home designs
He did say turret.

Go build ur own home
Copy & paste construction
@@MonicaHolly143so his comment offended you cause he said something even some pro builders say
