It's so cool for PD to bringing back the OG tracks on GT7.
However, there's a little thing I feel bugged off about this easter egg... Since we know Trial Mountain is located in US, how this chimp get ended up in there? All I knew, there is no primates native to North America nature. Is it a run away chimp from nearby zoo?

Probably run away chimp from a zoo. That's what I would guess. There's not really any other plausible way for that chimp to have got there.

That’s awesome that Polyphony brought back the main fan of Trial Mountain. I’m not sure if I’m wrong but I think the other versions could of been featuring an orangutan. Well I guess the orangutan told the chimpanzee the wise tale of Trial Mountain. It would be nice to see both of them together on the branches.

I can say, of all the times I have played Trail Mountain on GT1, GT2 and GT6 I never knew about the monkey. I love the easter eggs Polyphony does, the monkey is so random but it works. Come to think about it, it reminds me of the NASCAR monkey Jocko Flocko

In the reverse version in GT3, there were two monkeys behind the tree.

Yup when you do the track in reverse you can see the front side of the monkey, And it appears to have a smaller monkey on its back.

Hahah I remember reading up the monkey trivia in Gran Turismo 4 GameFAQs page then tried it myself as a child, honestly I was very impressed to see our monkey pal back then, and even more now that Polyphony kept it’s trend during the other games

Not sure why everyone assumed it wad a monkey. I always thought it looked like more of a bear. Not to mention now that we know Trial Mountain is in the western mountain region of the United States. There are 0 monkeys in the Rocky Mountians.

Awesome video as always, but if I can give you some constructive criticism, I have always thought you have had some of the BEST thumbnails on RUclips, and the last few just don’t compare at all.
