They also added the “English sideburns” and they don’t really look that noticeable depending on the regiment you’re playing as (I’d still add a scarf to hide them) (UPDATE) now there is another hair you can use to look somewhat “feminine” “the curly hair” if you add the “bad shave” and the scarf and the braids makes it kinda look “feminine”.

But I think they don't have added zombie women because there is no need for that, if we demanded realism in this detail, we would have to add children too, after all, not even they would be free from the plague either. On the other hand, I saw in the comunnity ideas of female classes that would not necessarily be in the army, such as nurses and nuns, but could include some type of militia, since the spread of the plague may have led the population to defend themselves as well.
