Prince Mwamba yeah i struggled with how to beat him. it made it worse that i killed so many enemies so that more ghosts appeared and i had to walk for 10 minutes each time to reach the sorrows skeleton
Perfect songs....but gameplay...it is what I hated about MGS2, you spend all the game perfecting your skills, and at the last boss fight it's another fighting game with only 2 combos.
Like Giovan says, it's annoying. You have never faced an foe using this type of fighting technique and it get's a pain. Plus, why the fuck does the camera get closer and closer?!? It makes the fight even more annoying then it should be. But the scores are epic.
Those are good boss fights but for me it was Solidus Snake. Fighting him in MGS2 on extreme was a pain in the ass. But once I beat him I never attempted extreme mode again.
Revolver Ocelot isn't the best boss of the Metal Gear series... Revolver Ocelot is second only to Big Boss/Solid Snake in terms of sheer awesomeness. In all honesty, Revolver Ocelot is the most important and ultimate HERO of the series, I want the game "Metal Gear Ocelot: OCELOT IS A BADASS"
Your boss battles aren't all that great, especially compared to many of the entrants on this list but don't take it personally cuz after all you're pretty good.

Ok, Metal Gear Sahelanthropus is the worst fight against a Metal Gear. All the metal gear fights in the previous games had special ways to beat them and you could use different tactics which made the fights cool. But there is no strategy to that fight. You just keep shooting it and calling for more ammo.
Hell not even that the ammo always comes to you when your low however there's one bs spot near the boundries so sometimes when riding d horse I ended up going out of it by accident trying to get it
+ImmaLittlePip haha that fight put me in debt because they would always send in another useless helicopter when the previous one inevitably got shot down and after 8 choppers it costed me like 4 million GMP
I'm a bit disappointed that The Sorrow didn't make the list. His "fight" is one of the most unique in the entire series, and it really makes you reflect on your actions throughout MSG3, which has arguably the best story in the series as is. And his dialogue is deliciously haunting: "But make no mistake...the dead...are not silent."
I wouldn't even consider Armstrong for this list (Would have swapped it for the Gray Fox fight in MGS1), and I'm surprised they didn't reference Raiden vs. Metal Gear Ray in Rising. Still think Solid Snake vs. Liquid Ocelot should be higher on the list. One thing is for certain, Metal Gear Solid does Sniper battles well :D
@@whoareyoutoaccuseme6588 Yeah, man! I was SO psyched when I picked up a copy for $40! Actually you can kill The End by just waiting one week, normally, or killing him before the real fight, when he is on a wheelchair and a soldier is carrying him
Senator Steven Armstrong is number 1 because of the music, the memes, and the difficulty. I don’t care about Psycho mantis and the boss, they’re not even worth putting those bosses higher than Armstrong. Psycho mantis is so abusive because he invades your mind and it’s not funny, it’s scary and unimpressive. And fighting the boss is not that difficult to beat. So that’s why Senator Armstrong should be number 1.
Personally I would have put Monsoon over Sundowner. Sundowner was a pushover once you took out his shields. Meanwhile, Monsoon not only had the most hype music in the entire game, but his fight was fast-paced, difficult and absolutely fun.
Revolver Ocelot should have been at least in the honorable mentions, despite Liquid Ocelot made the top ten. The two times you fight Revolver was a pistol match, which made it fun. Plus he's the real main hero/villain in the entire series. In the end, all he wanted was to bring back Big Boss
What about the ladder from mgs3?

The Sorrow (MGS3) should be on the list, most UNDERRATED boss ever, very charismatic
"Death is tragic....but....life is miserable"
Best quote ever!
It wasn't exactly a fight but more of an encounter. Either way, it was very unique and I've never seen anything like that in a game
Everything on MGS3 is fantastic, for me is a fucking masterpiece ( MGS is my favourite saga )
I redid that fight multiple times cause I didn't think about using my items I was getting frustrated trying to figure out how to beat him

#1 is gona be the boss but that final ocelot battle in mgs4 is a perfect swan song to the series
Perfect songs....but gameplay...it is what I hated about MGS2, you spend all the game perfecting your skills, and at the last boss fight it's another fighting game with only 2 combos.
Yes. Swan song. MGS 5 doesn't exist. It's like Alien 4 to 2

Agree 100%. A game ahead of it's time in my opinion.
MGS1 was the actual damn masterpiece.
The MGS series has the best boss fights ever. The Boss, Psycho Mantis, and The End are in my opinion the greatest battles of all time.
Once the Snake Eater theme starts during the battle, I get tingling in my stomach.

Actually Liquid wasn't the inferior clone. Solid Snake was.
I don't think they said that. They just said he suffered form inferiority complex, which was true. He felt inferior to Snake even though he wasn't
It was mentioned after the credits by Ocelot that though Liquid thought he was the inferior brother, the real inferior brother was Snake.
"Yes. The inferior one was the winner after all.
...That's right. Until the very end, Liquid thought he was the inferior one."
Liquid Snake will always be my favorite villain in the MGS.
Liquid only thought he was inferior. That's the only reason why he lost.

My favorite was Monsoon. That fight was badass as hell.
I was expecting the last battle against Peace Walker. The music and stopping a nuclear attack were awesome.
that boss was awesome
The Japanese music was cheesy AF.
MrKockNoker He means the peace walker fight. Not the zeke fight.
Totally agree, the fight against Peace Walker is my favorite metal gear fight (mech, not the game)
I had an adrenaline rush!

the comments are full of Metal Gear Brooooooooothers * A*
Senator Steven Armstrong is number 1 because of the music, the memes, and the difficulty.
Metal Gear ZEKE battle from Peace Walker is easily my personal favorite. Sad it wasn't on here but list is dope.
More! MORE! I WANT MORE!!!
Metal Gear lists that is.
Waited for a metal gear solid video so long .👍🏻👍🏻nice video about my best game franchise from 1 to 5. Thanks for the games Kojima
Personally I would have put Monsoon over Sundowner. Sundowner was a pushover once you took out his shields. Meanwhile, Monsoon not only had the most hype music in the entire game, but his fight was fast-paced, difficult and absolutely fun.
Cool thanks for the awesome video of top 10 greatest metal gear bosses 👍😎.
