hey can i ask u one question what kind of app do u use for record?
Wow! I love your minimalism style! Very inspirational!! How do you get your cursor to glow a yellow circle?
It's the function from screen recording software :)
freaking awesome
Thanks!
wow great video
Well done!!
Thanks!
Excelent tutorial!
Thanks!
outstanding and informative video
Thank you 😊
Is stroke better centered, inside or outside when making these icons?
In this tutorial, for the outline it is inside, the rest is centered.
I have a question. For the Tennis Ball, at 7:23 you are somehow able to select only the 2 inner seams of the ball. I can't tell how you are able to do that. It's how you are then able to make the 2 inner seams thicker and keep the outer circle narrow. I'm following along closely in Illustrator 2020 and I just can't see how you are able to select only the inner seams at the same time. thanks
Hi. Please make sure fill color of the outer circle is set to ‘None’.
Ok....I think I figured out something I was doing wrong. When I was using the Shape Builder tool, I was clicking "inside" the top circle shape. After I watched your video over and over and over I noticed that you were clicking directly on the "path" of the circle. Once I did that it worked out perfectly! Thanks for making the video and helping me learn more.
@@mimisim Me pasa lo mismo que a Morris, no logro hacer lo que indicas en el video (¿acaso presionas alguna tecla adicional?). NO me quedó otra que hacerlo en corel... Pero igual quisiera saber como lo hiciste. Gracias
What is the font used in the mimisim logo? Thank you
It’s designed based on the grid system too! :)
When I try to draw a line in the box, the box disappears :(
When I offset path the lines go outside the shape, any idea why?
How to join the diagonal lines to the square right at its corner? This is fuming up me man please help

Sabahtan beridir neon çizgili top yapmaya çalışıyordum 😅 ne kadar zormuş
Where is the symbol?: ...?....+ Shift + Alt
Ctrl
Why are you using pixels??? I just did not get that...!!!!
Yes the measurements is in pixel. :)
At the Very start of the video when i make the size of stroke to 0.1 pts then only circles stroke got resized but square i have drawn is not resized less then 1 pt. Why???
Screen shot is also given. In screen shot you can see squares are bold but circles are same as 0.1 pt

You have to select all the stroke you drawn, and then resize it.
I did it i have selected all the things with selection tool and then applied stroke resize but only few things are resized
That's weird. What if you select individual rectangle and resize it? Will it change?
O got it. I have drawn a rectangle seprately and change the stroke size. Its size can b minimum 1 point. May b i have illustrator cc 2015 and it allows resize upto min 1 point on rectangular shapes
