Makki ki roti is a popular flatbread from the land of Punjab. Makki Ki roti is actually a specialty bread made of maize flour or cornmeal.
Maki Ki roti is an unleavened bread and is usually made on a tawa (Flat Pan), however this particular recipe is an easy version of it and made in a frying pan using batter as thin as that of a Pan Cake. Makki Ki Roti is served with sarson ka saag and a few jaggery cubes.
The combo of makki ki roti with Sarson Ka Saag is considered as novelty of Punjab and quite famous, tastes very good and is very healthy.

Please check the brush you are using. Most of these brushes are made with pigs tales hair. I use plastic brushe.
