Those look awesome. I would have loved to have found something similar for my Alfetta but never mind.

I have a few sets of these that are all aluminum and they are like fine jewelry. Loooooooooong discontinued now and I am glad that I stocked up when they were available.

Hello, I'm afraid I have to make some corrections about these wheels: there are at least two shapes of borranis, the model on sale by MBW, where a third row of spokes coming from an inside plan of the wheel hub cross the other two rows and enter the wheel rim about one inch of the outer edge; the other two spokes rows meet the rim near the mid rim, where the radius is almost 2 inches smaller, as you can see in late fifties and early sixties cars, secially italian ( Maseratis -tipo 61 Bircage, Ferraris as the 166 MM, Lancia D24) when all four wheels where equal, altough in early sixties the rear tires began to be widder and havuing a bigger outer diameter as engines power increased... Then, when the GTO Ferrari appeared, things changed a little: ALL three spokes rows met the rim in the central plan, where the wheel diameter is some 5 inches smaller, concentrating the more horsepower in the stronger part of the wheel BUT, for the sme reasons, REAR wheels where considerably wider, about 3 inches, and again the rear tires where also some 3 or 4 inches wider and had a bigger diameter (Fujimi wheels are completely wrong, but on the other hand would be great in the TR 57 Testa Rossa); some years later, the new and much powerfull 250 LM had a mixed combination: the same concentrated 3 spokes rows in the center and stronger part of the rear wheels rims but, as 250 LMs where much faster and centrifugal force increased considerably, front wheels used again the older crossed spokes option, since the third row, coming again from the hub, almost to outer extremity of the rim, enable these cars to make much faster turns; it is very easy to verify this in all those cars photos available today; Unfortunately, this leads to another BIG, BIG problem: PROPER/CORRECT TIRES FOR EACH MODEL CAR, and, WHERE TO FIND IT!... just for an example, I am now building a 1/24 Gunze Sangyo (sport) Austin Healy Sprite Frogeye and, to get some Minilites (the correct 13" size), I found some 1/32 samples from GOM CLASSIC UNIVERSAL, a slotcar brand, with 1/32 Slotcar Cooper Climax REAR tires from SCALEXTRIC CARS RESTORATIONS...
This is, for me, the most serious problem...

Those are the wrong Borrani wheels for a 250 GTO. That car does not have front-laced wire wheels. The diameter is also wrong.
