One method i used for cambering and lowering my models, to lower it i would shorten my springs by cutting off where the spring attaches to the steering arm or whatever and then shorten the spring, after that just glue it on and boom its slammed. and to camber stuff I heat up the bar behind the wheels and bend them upwards to angle the wheels but remember to shorten the springs first so that it has more room for it all to be angled enough and boom cambered. And if you dont wanna heat anything up then glue only the top of your brake pads on then wedge I super tiny object under it, then glue the pads bottom so that little piece doesnt fall out or move and boom double cambered cambered.
I love these videos, but I want to know - how do you make sure wheels still spin and steer? How would I extend the tiebar if it does not meet cambered wheels? Thanks a lot.
I wanna get into this but i dont have the patience for the glue and what if i do it, and when the glue settles it settles uneven. Forget it man ig ill just mess around with customizing 164 scale
I didn't have any clearance issue on the rear with the GTR wheels because the position of the rear struts are different from the front, on the front the inside of the front wheels are rubbing against the struts so I had to add a spacer to it. Good question!
i have some 1:32 supercars models but i think they are lot higher than they should be also they have push back function so i cant able to lower them any other way to do that thing
Where did you get that model from? I'm looking for a website where I can buy models like this and build them myself like I'm not talking about the care done but about the models in that thingy.. I think you know what I mean
I purchased mine mostly from Amazon a while ago, but now there seems to be less inventory, eBay would be a great place to go but you have to search for them as these model cars have been discontinued long ago.
Hey, very cool channel. I just found it, and you've got lots of cool content, like this tutorial on lowering your cars. I do makeovers on my channel. Mostly 1:64 stuff. You might like it. I'm subbing to yours today and I'll look around and get some more tips. Keep the great uploads coming! Be safe, brother and have a great day. Greetings from Switzerland - Andrew.
Your videos have me back in doing this hobby after about 17 years. Now I can't stop thinking about how I can customize anything scaled down. 👍👍

Love the way you detail the different parts, what is the puddie your using for the Mack up
Thank you. That’s just poster putty, or blue tack, they are very easy to find, super cheap, too.
