Please keep this from going back to normal...Colbert is on his way back, Fallon and Kimmel are already back to audiences...this show is just so much better with the punk rock improv style that's come up during the pandemic. I would so much rather watch James ask the crew what they intend for the weekend than I would watch him ask random audience members to figure out what a news story spelled in emojis says.
Fallon failed in getting audience back. I am not to worried about Colbert, as there wasn't much different than a monologe with audience. BUT HERE! Massivly worried. This is now my 2nd fave show after Colbert, but before the pandamic I didn't even care to watch.
@@tinas_hotdog_sophie It's tough because James is truly a showman at heart, but he seems to be having so much more fun just interacting with the crew and, I reckon you're like me on this, the audience enjoys it more, as well. I know I'm getting maybe three minutes of news out of the monologue, but that's not what I'm tuning into Corden for! It's the banter, the loose vibe. It's a LITTLE bit how Letterman started out but then studio interference settled him down (even though he stuck with stupid bits like Will It Float? which is one of my favourite things ever).

Fallon is a joke that is NEVER funny. How about you keep a straight face for once in your life when telling a joke
@@eoincassin4265 I've never understood why people found Jimmy Fallon funny, the jokes in his mono are terrible and his delivery ain't good.
After watching this show almost religiously for a couple of months now, I'm afraid to wake up one day just to realize the show was never the same after they get the audience back.

I fear that once it goes back to a studio audience it'll lose this public access style thats grown to become the best late night show of them all.
This was 37 minutes 😂. Check yesterday's , they only showed 15 minutes, at the end Corden said it was over 30 minutes. They really need to shoe it all online, we're here for it! We want the burnt end cuts and crispy fat that was trimmed

I’m not gonna say too much cause I want to keep things light and not fill the comment section with negativity, but I applaud him for not having an audience at this point in time. He is European and to be honest people in Europe are a lot more aware and considerate over the severity of the situation than in the US. I feel like it shows how much he cares not only about his own safety but also the safety and well-being of others. This won’t last forever, soon he’ll be able to bring back the audience little by little. Maybe start by having 10 audience members come in.
Getting a sponsor for the news would be such a great arch combining Steve's news tunes and Nick complaining about talking about different companies into one that will be encouraged by Nick!

This show has *always* had a very chaotic energy with great banter, the audience just kind of ruined it.

It takes incredibly thick skin to be on tv every night but the crew for this show is on another level for how calm and essential they have become for the show

The way James says Zebra is the way it's said in Africa and as it's native to Africa only, that makes it the right way, Americans are wrong. It's like telling Australians they say Kangaroo wrong.... as Kangaroos are only native to Australia.
Well considering how language works and evolves, there's no such thing as saying it 'wrong' as long as both versions are widely accepted. They just become two different ways to say it.

@@harrybruijs2614 No, I never said it was correct because an English person said it. i said it was correct because that is how it's pronounced in it's native land, by the native people (Zebras are only native to Africa). English people use the same pronunciation, unlike Americans.
