So great to see the two of you back. Hope it’s really not the last time. When older guys like me see young people like you appreciating great art , then there’s hope for the future
Thanks for uploading, I've really missed these trips, brings back good memories of watching years ago. I agree about streaming, not everything is available and I also like watching the extra features that come with DVD which you don't get with streaming.
Just a few days ago, I was watching your previous videos in preparation for the Criterion sale (I ended up getting Louis Malle's Elevator to the Gallows) and got an air for nostalgia since I had seen those videos as way back as 2015. I'm glad to see that you guys are back.
Until the End of the World, one of my all time favorite Criterions, easily. At nearly 5 hours I watch it over about a week in about one hour segments, savoring every minute. It's definitely the epitome of a great road movie, with perhaps another Criterion road movie held is such high esteem....IL Sorpasso. A great duo to have imo.
I grew up watching you guys go on your criterion trips around like 2013-2016 and I absolutely loved your videos. I was in middle school and now as a recent college graduate, it's crazy to think that the same friends i saw way back when are still bonding over something as small like a good ol' criterion sale. Absolutely wonderful. Really appreciate you guys and all the stuff yall put me on way back when (watched Three Colors and Badlands based off the recommendation in your videos). I hope the tradition never dies but just know that you'll always have a loyal fan to watch whenever yall post.
Speaking of blind buys, I've avoided much regret with Criterions by screening first on The Criterion Channel. Mixed results on my relatively few blind buys. I just bought The Virgin Suicides blind last week, and happy I did. Just ordered Anatomy of a Fall, blind, we'll see. Enjoyed your video, thanks.
Been sticking to buying favourites too. I don’t do many blind buys unless maybe it’s a director who I know only makes bangers. For example Almodovar, I pretty much know I’m going to be impressed by anything he does

This just might be the ultimate RUclips surprise reunion of the year! Nice to see you two again!
I've missed you guys so much

Great to see you back!!
Such an unexpected surprise! So glad to see a new video! Feels like seeing some old friends after a long time.
We're older, we're crankier, but we're still here. Great to hear from you, Jack! Thanks for watching.

Wow, I didn't know anyone was still revisiting those. I'm glad they've been a helpful resource. Thanks for sticking with us!

Jonathan Demme's SOMETHING WILD is the best movie on Criterion that no one ever buys
THE BOYS!
The saga continues!
I can't believe this is happening. I'm not dreaming. Okay, I am very happy. Lol
