THIS River was LOADED with Smallmouth!

Another great day on the Tug Fork River. The Smallies were liking the Hellgrammite but the Craw caught my biggest! Either way I had some fun and can't wait to do it again!

Nice video, love seeing you start out with soft plastics. As soft plastics are my favourite. White is an excellent colour. But that hellgramite put on a clinic today.

What a heck of a day. It is funning catching those smallmouth no matter the size that's for sure. Those Nikko baits are definitely worth their weight in gold. I don't know if you ever have hit the Guyandotte between Mullens and Pineville but their is some good fishing along that stretch as well. I grew up hitting that area about every day and I try to fish it a couple of times a year now. Keep up the good work!

@@riverfishingwithfrank we used to use traps in the creek’s to get chub’s and sucker’s as bate for river fishing.
