This was a great mini series to watch and I appreciate Bellerin being so open and honest about his recovery. This has given me a new perspective on players.

I just found out that I tore my ACL (Right knee) and have a surgery planned in the summer and can’t stop thinking about it but I think the work that hector has done is definitely gonna take my mind off it and understand how to heal from it physically and psychologically. Just had mine in December... It's a quite painful recovery process but it's worth it as you'll have a stronger knee.. Got my left knee to do in the summer too as I tore both ACL's

This series showed that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and with enough hard work and dedication I can get back or at least close to the level I was in before. With all the support from his family, friends, teammates, doctors and physios mentioned in this documentary not one place did he mention any positive from the fans and this isn’t because he is ungrateful but because some fans would prefer to insult, slate and judge these players when they come back from injury and can’t get to their best immediately. Well done Hector! This documentary just shows how hard it is for these guys. Hopefully, we all learn to support them when they are down, it does help them mentally. We can criticise but let it be constructively and not destructively.
Always and always gonna be a decent player that doing the dark work, yeah maybe he is not giving in every games some numbers but he is aiming the goal and make sure that the GK’s enemy is afraid. An amazing man and amazing player.

I personally got my ACL torn during an NAIA college game in August of 2022, here at Life University. As a captain of my team, I had to accept this injury and adopted the same mindset of seeing it as a way to grow in different aspects. Therefore, I can only show you my respect for helping people getting through this process. I'm 2 months post-surgery and returned back to Belgium to be with my family while doing the daily rehab. The mindset is clear, I'll do anything to become the best version of myself, like you showed us is possible. Therefore, I know all details matter and was wondering which doctor you went to in France? The reason i love arsenal is not because we have lethal striker like Auba, or because we have some of the best future talents in Saka, Martinelli or Tierney but because we are humble, we stand for achivement through pure will and determination and we reply every criticism with more focus on the pitch. It's the humbleness and hardwork together than connects continents around the world. ❤️
