Laos and Thailand are two of the very accessible routes to travel in South East Asia. Another way of traveling through these countries is by bus.
In this video, I will show you one of the possible ways to travel to Laos and Thailand.

The local bus station. No company name. For me yes, the exemption depends with your nationality.

Hi, yes! There is a toilet in this bus located on the 1st level. I believe there's usually a toilet in every double decker bus. :)
