I wonder if that would work on the Machine Jam. I might have to try that until I can justify getting the Tempera. I might have to think about programming a vst myself if the jam supports straight midi 🤔

Wow... I LOVE the capabilities of that thing! I'm actually getting back into production and I can think of SO many uses. But alas, my budget is broken. And now I want to go to Berlin and have coffee with my fave YT content creator, but I promised a friend I'd see Lords of Acid with them in Toronto that weekend, and I don't like breaking promises. Not to mention all the money I spent on a new Spacetribe ensemble for that night 😅

Hehe, you might have done quite a discovery here. I still have to build my pikocore (that it is a sample loop-chopper that works with a raspberry pico) but this is way more capable!

Honestly the amen break’s unique texture makes it great for fills and harder hitting sections when mixed with other breaks

This is what I wanted my GR-1 to do. I’ll still keep it bc it’s great at other things. But.. should I get a Tempera or the rample & Sample Drum. Tempura seems much more fun e it’s tactile/kinetic ui

Very cool! Do you have some advice to replicate some or all that playability with other gear? With other granular/samplers like VSTs, Bitbox etc It's the first time I see a workflow with breakbeats that resonates with me. I like that syle, but found it very clunky to play
