Yea, the Browns looked like a poorly coached team due to the Offensive Line unit not showing up during game 1 and game 3 this season. I wonder if Dickerson is thinking he made a big mistake coming in as the Browns OL coach this year.
Defense is underperforming . Simple swing passes are resulting in first downs before a defender makes contact. They are also vulnerable to jet sweeps. Back seven needs to be more aware and nip those plays in the bud.
Look, if the OL is going to play like a sieve then Winston won't have enough time to throw a screen or read a quick slant over the middle unless he gets lucky and getting lucky is not a game plan.
There's going to be many complaints about DW4, in fact many will blame him for this loss. Actually, he should be the one pissed and pointing the finger. This loss falls upon the shoulders of many of his teammates, with dropped passes, fumbles, missed tackles and weak O-line play, just to name few reasons for the loss. This team is poorly constructed and the play calling doesn't match its personal, and those issues are owned by the coaches and management. Tom Brady wouldn't survive this shit show. Just one example is, If his 1st read is covered, he then has 0 time to check down with weak O-line play. DW4 played a decent enough game to win this one, but he didn't get enough help from his teammates or the teams coaches. But blame him if you must, because it seems like you must, and let the actual incompetent off the hook.
The biggest blame is on the so called head coach Kevin STAFFANSKI. Get your head out of the Dennys menu that's what you have Dorsey for. Make good sound ajustments at the half if it's on the offense or defense coach the game. Your coordinator s are just that. Talk with your players on the sideline when they mistake or need encouragement. Get the penalties down. The signs of the things going wrong where there in the houston playoff game.
WOW WE PLAY THE COMMANDERS SOON AND THEIR QB JUST PASSED FOR A 91.3% passing rate!! unbelievable! all time NFL record for a rookie QB! WOW! OUR GIMME GAMES AREN'T ANYMORE! WERE SCREWED The Bengals now have a 2.5% chance of making the playoffs at 0-3 ! We had better not lose to them either game this year. Steelers are 3-0 and we have to beat them in at least one of our games. As for the Ravens they are not as bad as their record and we have to at least split or we have no chance at the playoffs! If we go 1-4 or 1-5 were over this year. The back end of our schedule is far to difficult to succeed with the team weve seen so far! Like it or not! because we have access to Mike Vrabel Kevin Stefanski is absolutely on the hot seat regardless of his COY awards! Those awards he dismisses himself will not save him from firing while we have the talented roster we have!!!
The Browns Front Office and offensive coaching staff have been rushing the hurt OL players back in the starting lineup which is a problem. Get out into the Free Agent market and start bringing players in to evaluate whether they can play on Sundays or not. If they can play on Sundays then, get them on the practice squad to get them ready to contribute as active members of the starting lineup.
The first game against Dallas, first quarter, score 0-0, 4th and 1 within range of an easy close fg attempt, and the Browns go for it and Watson is sacked. I'm screaming "TAKE THE POINTS!" I'm all in for going for it on 4th down, but not situations like that. Three question: would Watson be playing significantly better this season if he was qb for another team, come January 2025 will the talk be about who will be the new head coach, and which qb should the Brown's draft with their first round pick?
This is what happens when a Player Earns His Position on and off the Field, but You give His Position to another Guy for Reasons totally unrelated to the Game.
Haslam needs to do something about the front office now before it is too late for the next draft and free agency. You can wait till the end of the season for a HC but an new front office needs to get to work right now.
@@jimtaggert42 agreed 💯 What did they expect from Wills, I am sorry he wasn't the same after Baker and The Progressive commercials left with him... IJS
It is hard for Watson to play well when he has less than 2 seconds to throw the ball. You can't even execute a "Quick Throw" play in less than 2 seconds. The Giants defense blitzed something like 80% of the time because our OL couldn't pick up the stunts and blitzes.
If only we had Watson at QB those years we wasted with Baker…This line aged like milk so there’s constant pressure and hits, the receivers have consistent drops and can’t separate to get open so every pass has to be timed perfectly(while running for your life), We were tired of dinking and dunking but the line and personnel don’t afford us the luxury of big plays on deep routes smh Jason can hate Watson all he wants but he’s not the main issue here.
I thought that this was a collective disaster! I'm not sure that I can blame one thing or another for yesterday's loss. The whole organization imploded. And my takeaway from the game was that I believe that it's time to rebuild this team. The Browns look old, slow, and soft on both lines of scrimmage. They don't have any WRs or RBs who are difference makers. Deshaun Watson is TRASH. I believe that the window has closed on this team, and they should sell off the valuable parts for draft picks and start over from scratch.
When the BROWNS are playing well you ever notice how everyone brags about how great Berry is but when they aren’t nobody mentioned him this is his team he assembled isn’t it? I agree with the one comment the Browns were heading upwards with Dorcie now Berry has gotten rid of those players these are is now.
Browns can only get good QB play when they don’t expect anything out the QB. A bummy QB in the NFL, should always be able to make something happen at least. And they usually do, they’ll make a 13 yard throw to a slant and it’s on target and it’s just like yeah expected. But if Watson did that I’d feel hope overwhelm me… I hate having Watson at this point, all the years it’s been it wasn’t worth it in the slightest. If we kept Jacoby we’d be sitting better than we are now which is crazy. It’s not fair all the stuff we’ve gone through, all the money spent for the same level of play (probably slightly worse) than a guy we have to pickup because our starter can’t play. Same level of play, but wildly different feel about them. Jacoby was consistent and did the best he could, i had way more confidence in our offense under him. I shouldn’t feel that way about a guy we needed to pick up because Watson couldn’t play. This shit only happens to the browns, none of this makes sense and it shouldn’t be happening. I don’t care how bad the rest of the team was, and how it wasn’t mainly Watson’s fault. We don’t have a 230M QB. If we did we win this game, the browns have never had a top 5 QB in my lifetime. I thought paying 230M would be enough for us to have a consistently GOOD offense not even great. Just something you know is good, even if they’re injuries. Stefanski is ridiculous, how much of a coach is he? What are these penalties? The offensive line was severely overlooked. Invested in wills, when all fans hate him for perfect reasons. I’m sick of it. If we got rid of ever lineman and got people from other teams for the same price their play level would be unbelievable. It’s just the fucking browns.
I know Watson is a high paid professional QB but when he has been assaulted by the opposing defense all game it is hard for me to say he shouldn't have missed this or that throw. Fix the OL and then your comments might have some weight.
Blake, If they put Winston in as QB he will be injured before the end of the game. Lets do what we did last year just start one QB after another one is injured. Now, why did we go through 4 QB's last year. Oh, that is right, the OL sucked last year as well. Fix the OL first then, I will start focusing on Watson.
Bull wants to talk about Bill Callahan in TN but it's year 1. Here, he had an established OL with players Berry had brought in to run the schemes Callahan designed. As long as they get players in the next 2 years, that line will improve, just like this one did.
Berry did not draft well. The only decent players he brought for the offense were Conklin and Teller. The defense is okay but not that good. It is too inconsistent.
Who will they get that will do better and give the Browns a chance? You have to have the players and the front office isn't bringing in the right players.
Bull's take on Kevin is arbitrary and unfounded last year he absolutely earned the C.O.Y. That being said even though I believe him to be a good coach I'd rather he be focused on the team as a whole and not be distracted by the play calling. At least then we'd know who to direct our vitriol towards.
One player does not a team make! Yes, Watson needs to play better but the offensive line needs to stop playing like they are squad in a "Pop Warner" football league. Just calling it like I see it.
watching late but the blame game: anyone not named Amari Cooper and Denzel Ward including coaching and I agree with Jason, whoever is forcing this offense without having proper personnel needs fired. This team will NEVER succeed with Depodesta in Haslem's ear..
Feel sorry for the fans. They are clueless to the fact that the Browns are near the bottom of the league in player talent, organization talent - draft room, and an owner that is now astute to the game. The next few years will see such a dramatic turn for this team. I’d say 6-11 this year, 4-13 next, and 2-15 next. I
I don’t particularly like Watson I don’t think he ever ran a pro offense well he was good on unscripted plays by running around that’s not something you can count on ,but I don’t count this loss on him much he could’ve played a little better but he didn’t have a chance with the way the line played.Going back to Bakers years I’ve always thought the Browns offensive line was overrated as far as pass protection,we ran the ball well with Chubb and assumed the line was good I don’t think it was ever that good at pass protection.
Stefanski is and has been the problem for years regardless of who's at QB. The penalties prove it's a coaching problem. Year after year, Stefanski calls games and leads us into mediocrity and disappointment. We're Wasting talent here
I think your comments are missing the point. Watson has been blitzed so much this year because teams are watching the videos of the first 2 games and have come to the conclusion that the Browns OL can't stop them. Period ...
I’ve been giving Gee a lot of shit lately, but at the 50 minute mark he spot on about the defense I’ve been saying it since early last season if you stay underneath their soft
This Episode should have been on the Oline, Wideouts, and DBs not named Ward. Jason does not like to talk about the line in depth he’d rather talk about Deshaun 😂😂
Clevelands wr issues are always overshadowed, and since they've come back 25 years ago it's basically been about as shit as the QB play and compounded and caused a lot of it Cedric Tillmans last play was a perfect summary, he runs a lathargic route, gets bullied the whole way by the db, then Watson still bails him out and puts it in his chest, and he drops it. He played against below average teams and still threw just as many interceptions as he did touchdowns. Once he played a real team in Houston it showed. It is a reason why Flacco isn’t on a NFL roster.
@korycaldwell2774 he's still better than Watson and made this same team better. Flacco has done more in less games then Watson has his entire career in Cleveland
It isn't. Stefanski runs a drop-back, pocket passing offense. That's not Watson's skillset, never has been. In Houston, Watson ran an RPO-style offense. The problem is the line/skill players are also more adept at the pocket passing offense. They either need to design an actual offense that Watson is skilled to run, or eat the cap, draft, and develop a drop-back pocket passer. Stefanski/Watson is the epitome of round peg, square hole.

TIME TO DISMANTLE THIS TEAM FROM TOP TO BOTTOM....it is literally a waste!!! I'll be over there watching Justin Fields. Browns are UNWATCHABLE!!!
Giants got Dexter Lawrence with the Browns pick from the ODB trade...
If this train wreck of a Team still playing this poorly into the Bye week. Then it’s time to Promote Swartz or Vrable to HC and release Stefanski
This episode was "i've been saying this for weeks" except they haven't so...yeah.
WOW WE PLAY THE COMMANDERS SOON AND THEIR QB JUST PASSED FOR A 91.3% passing rate!! unbelievable! all time NFL record for a rookie QB! WOW! OUR GIMME GAMES AREN'T ANYMORE! WERE SCREWED
The Bengals now have a 2.5% chance of making the playoffs at 0-3 ! Those awards he dismisses himself will not save him from firing while we have the talented roster we have!!!
bro, we're fine! these guys are telling us Watson is almost ready to be good...🤡
@@jimtaggert42 yea LOL were good!
That Jayden Daniels kid is Amazing. Must be nice having a Good QB.
But there’s nothing to look forward to either.
bro, haslam is gonna let us buy him a dome so we can go to concerts in February🤪
Those wr stats 🤦🏿♂️ wow.
This is what happens when a Player Earns His Position on and off the Field, but You give His Position to another Guy for Reasons totally unrelated to the Game.
Is there a world where Stefanski stays but Berry and Depodesta are fired?
No.
maybe, but heads will roll 4 sure
Yo Jason Lloyd get that poster from a book fair or something
Haslam needs to do something about the front office now before it is too late for the next draft and free agency. You can wait till the end of the season for a HC but an new front office needs to get to work right now.
It's time to rebuild that O LINE
the time was last off season!
@@jimtaggert42 agreed 💯
What did they expect from Wills, I am sorry he wasn't the same after Baker and The Progressive commercials left with him... IJS
It is hard for Watson to play well when he has less than 2 seconds to throw the ball. You can't even execute a "Quick Throw" play in less than 2 seconds. The Giants defense blitzed something like 80% of the time because our OL couldn't pick up the stunts and blitzes.
Exactly like it’s easy to blame Watson but it’s not on him we had guards playing tackle.
The browns literally beat watson in 2020. Why would you want a 4-12 qb?
Baker did a better job with this team than Watson does now or did with Houston.
@@larryambrose2660baker had the best oline and best rb duo in the league avg like 170 a game on the ground stop being dumb
@@jamestaylor2979 4-12 was really good, Watson is awesome
@@MAA-ri3pg yea his 11-5 and 10-5 years was great! And has a winning record in Cleveland also! Career winning😎😎
How many QB's have we had since '99 ???
I thought that this was a collective disaster! I'm not sure that I can blame one thing or another for yesterday's loss. The whole organization imploded. And my takeaway from the game was that I believe that it's time to rebuild this team. The Browns look old, slow, and soft on both lines of scrimmage. They don't have any WRs or RBs who are difference makers. Deshaun Watson is TRASH. I believe that the window has closed on this team, and they should sell off the valuable parts for draft picks and start over from scratch.
Trade next years first for a LT!
The defense was fine in the second half.
I know Watson is a high paid professional QB but when he has been assaulted by the opposing defense all game it is hard for me to say he shouldn't have missed this or that throw. Fix the OL and then your comments might have some weight.
The team needs a new O-line Mr. Barry
Myles Garrett has fallen off 100%
We need a running game our line is hurt,Watson is not playing great and teams are just blitzing every down
Meanwhile Buffalo couldn’t wait to get rid of Ken Dorsey and since have the best offensive team this year you can’t make this shit up
Wrong offense for the wrong quarterback. Should never have let Flaco go.
Jason: what are Jag wires?
Bill Callahan is definitely missed. Hunt should be with us and not KC, however I am happy for him
And bull I’ve never used door dash
its sad.... 4 is shellshocked it seems.
Until Stefanski is gone we have no chance.
Right the dude that coached with 5 different qbs and still won games last year is the problem.
Deshawn trash!!!!! Face it!🤦🏽🤷🏾
One player does not a team make! Yes, Watson needs to play better but the offensive line needs to stop playing like they are squad in a "Pop Warner" football league. Just calling it like I see it.
Did Jason fall asleep?🤣
watching late but the blame game: anyone not named Amari Cooper and Denzel Ward including coaching and I agree with Jason, whoever is forcing this offense without having proper personnel needs fired.
Bitonio, and Teller fell off quickly. It's like when you lose a step in todays NFL you're done. theres not many longer declines anymore.
Browns should reach out to some of Browns alums!!!🏈
Deshaun was at fault as well. He missed open receivers even when he had time to throw. He seems to be a one read QB.
Clevelands wr issues are always overshadowed, and since they've come back 25 years ago it's basically been about as shit as the QB play and compounded and caused a lot of it
Cedric Tillmans last play was a perfect summary, he runs a lathargic route, gets bullied the whole way by the db, then Watson still bails him out and puts it in his chest, and he drops it. Lol
@treyvonSmith-f5h
It's "excuses" when it's Deshaun but it's "out of his hands" when it's Stefanski 😂
Jason was so mad they called him out on that o-line crap he pouted for the rest of the episode 😂
How do you blame the Oline when it’s not built for a spread offense?
@@cbrowns that’s facts forsure. He got us back into the game though with the top 3 worse O line in the league football though. The passes to Coop on the sideline were crazy and he hit Tillman in between the numbers on 4th down to keep the game alive
Whats the excuse you guys making now
We're a cold weather team 😂
@ExcuseMyFr3nch well when it's the cold you play Pittsburgh cin, Baltimore chiefs eagles all in the cold. Do you think with DW you're going to win those games. The answer is NO
@@dustinbeat4058The main problem is the o line. Barry might’ve fucked us. Look at 2019 vs 2020, we’re boutta suck so bad this year then actually address that problem then expect to be ready next year. But people will be injured anyway, we’re cursed I can’t even care anymore. I don’t even wanna watch to see the browns win I just wanna see a GLIMPSE of a Super Bowl team because I’ve thought this whole time we’re a real contender. I hate the browns.
"Stefanski is being forced to run this offense" Jason Lloyd
In The Pick 6 is for Flacco because the fat offensive lineman you're talking about that needs to lose weight let everybody run right by him and didn't block one second go watch the game Flaco would be way better than Watson Watson's a bum
I got the Raiders this Sunday
Go be a fan of them then lmao
Clowns
Yeah the browns stink
Diet Coke Bull on another level
Jed Wills is a never was at LT. Dewand Jones is a big sloppy. He doesn't continue his blocks and acts like he doesn't want to be there. Zeller is another Conklin, hurt all the time, overpaid and a waste on the roster. The owner and front office is clueless how to turn this around. Now they want a new stadium?
You guys gotta umderstand the Titans Oline talent is far inferior than ours...they have the worst oline on paper and it shows...we have a top 6 oline on paper, and it does NOT show!
Sorry Jason, If the two pick sixes by Flacco in texas would have been Browns touchdown passes instead we'd still have lost by 3 pts! easy math dude! and don't say it would have changed the motivation by both teams i tell you YES! the Texans would have scored two more touchdowns instead of finishing with their backups!
Dudes glasses are filthy 😂
Flacco had no problem throwing the ball and making this offense good. Stop acting like it isnt the QB problem
Stop the Flacco praise
@@dustinbeat4058 you realized Joe played along side one of the greatest defensive teams of all time in Baltimore. After Ray, T Suggs, and Ed Reed retired, Baltimore moved on from him. Y’all fans say anything.

The Browns were on the way up then they hired Stefanski and Berry. They rode on Dorsey's draft picks and FAs now they have to rely on their people except for a few of those that are growing old.
We weren't up and coming. We were a 5 win team.
