Sandy, this is GORGEOUS!! I totally agree with you about people that make negative comments or give thumbs down, it is rude!! I am one appreciative You Tube card watcher and I truly appreciate everyone's videos! Thank you!!!

I am not an artist so I am so blessed to have so many of you out there making it possible for me to improve enough that people are happy to receive the cards I make. When I was very young I would be so sad when I tried to make something and it would be trouble. I never imaged I could find a medium that I could find kind artists to help me fill my dream. Thank you so much to all of you.

A beautiful job once again. I was so glad to hear you ask for people to basically be nice in their comments. Just as Thumper said, "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all!"

Beautiful! As the saying goes "if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all! This is a big pet peeve with me. I hate seeing thumbs down on beautiful work like yours. I always think, what's not to like? I appreciate all of you talented people out there that takes the time to show us your work, techniques and suggestions.

I love your tutorials! I can't imagine why anyone would want to be negative (and assume they are being helpful). I feel blessed that I can get so many tips and shared knowledge from talented people like you. Encouragement creates growth, negativity squashes growth.

All I can say is "STUNNING". Thanks again for your instruction. I battle with watercolor. Giving up control is difficult for most people including myself. This is why I love your watercolor videos. You always remind me to just let it flow & go. That is the nature and the beauty of the paint.

I'm so happy to consider myself an artist. I would never think to criticize another artist! I reserve that nonsensical, self-criticism for myself, HA! Be kind, be gracious...just be. I wish this was what someone who lives in the negative spreading their own unhappiness really understood and was able to "take in" and realize there's a need to correct the behavior. Unfortunately, as with most attempts at positive behavior modeling, the people who need to hear it and live it the most are unable to comprehend even a moment of positive self-worth or kindness. I love your work, Sandy. I've learned so much from you. And thank you for making the naysayers accountable even if it might be an exercise in futility. It does, however, demonstrate to the humble and kind your obvious good intentions. With that affect, who knows, we should all continue to live in the hope that kindness will win the day!

And I love you for standingup for youtubers, pple take their time, most for free, to educate others... you don't have to say your opinion all the time, take what you need from a tutor and don't bully them cause you disagree, that's rude. Pple are all different craft stages, craft is not just one level standard, not even for artist, who can reallye be hurt by some comments... a thank you is so much nicer.

Hi Sandy, it came out beautiful! Thanks for stating that people should try and uplift others, rather than pick apart their work. I once put up a drawing that I was having a hard time with and asked for some help with if I should change anything. I am a self taught artist and have been doing art for close to 30 years. I had really good positive feedback from most and great suggestions, but this one lady keep on and on harassing me. I thanked her and moved on, but she kept adding these comments and it was a new medium for me, which was faber castell polychromos and she wouldn't stop. I finally did the entire piece and it came out great, but it was so annoying, that others even said to ignore her.
If people have nothing positive or nice to say, they should keep it to themselves!
Love your art and I've been getting back into watercolors after about 20yrs of not doing it, which I'm loving and so much has changed. I have to thank you so much, because you were the one to inspire me to revisit this medium, and I have to say you are one of my biggest encouragement to do that. So a huge thank you and thanks for all the video's your a very positive and sweet person! I can't thank you enough and I am elated to have found your channel a long time ago. I have a mixture of, Daniel Smith, Turner, M Graham and my newest is sennelier. I love them all!
    Hugs and Happiness,
    Briana C.

If someone doesn't like what they see .... then they should just not comment at all, after all we can't all like the same things, that is just un-realistic, but to be rude and negative, is soooo unnecessary and if people are going to do that I would block them or just delete their comments. After all, you don't HAVE to do these tutorials, and I for one, am so grateful to all the lovely people that do them, because I have learned so very much, without them, I would not be able to do what I have achieved so far! Might not have spent such a whole load of money as I have mind, but hey - It is so very worth it! lol! So from THIS very thankful and very grateful learner crafter, to you and all the other lovely people like you, THANK YOU so much for all that you do, you are all awesome!

Gorgeous indeed. For those with the need to comment negatively, perhaps we have to send "pity". They obviously lack confidence in their own work. Putting down others art makes them feel better about their art : - ( Teeter-Totter syndrome. If they put others down they are up. A very sad way in which to build their confidence.
