You earned a new subscriber Sir. Would've loved to hear your thoughts on the ending though. For me it was kinda sudden and unexpected and... a bit disturbing ;)
Thanks for the sub! The ending is pretty wild - most crazy is how unceremoniously the boy ceases to exist for me. I don't see it as a "happy" ending. The Huddle took a LOT of damage not to mention its existence is pain - I guess maybe the happy part is it finally gets to die at peace. I noticed/also saw people online point out the similarity to the exhibit you fall into and that the trees look fake as you tumble. Certainly something more sinister at play - the experiment was a success, the huddle brought the boy there or something else. Alternate ending is also brilliant - love the fourth wall break.
