Martell did not listen to Chris at all; he is in his feelings. The DEVELOPER requested to speak to Melody because SHE has the builder’s license. When it comes to building houses, it has to be by the book. When you have your license, that means you are qualified to perform inspections and supervision of building for residential and or commercial homes. It’s about business and Mel knows how to get things done. And despite how Martell operates, Mel still looked out for him.

where i live, before the divorce, a parental seminar is mandatory. both parents have to take the course about emotional intelligence and co parenting situations like exchanging the kids, etc. it was so valuable and only a one hour course. the way martell picked the kids up from grandma is a huge NO. the course would do him so much good
