Martell had one mistress and caught for feelings for her. Marsau has multiple women. Even if he gets caught Marsau not leaving Tisha and Tisha won't leave him. Same with Maurice and Kimmy. I don't think Maurice wants to be known as a cheater. He is way more respectful with his cheating than Marsau and Martel.

I’m here rewatching the season from the beginning and I hate how things turned out. Martell never thought Mel had it in her to leave him. Now that she has BEEN GONE he can’t accept it he’s living in the sunken place.
Marsau does not love his wife. Marsau does not want to be married to tisha. He is demanding,selfish, and I’m 100000% sure he cheats on his wife.

Either one of them can collect from the other. And they will get 50% of what has accrued up to the point of the marriage ending, not beyond. But, Mel has more of a chance of having to pay him as he has nothing. Or at least, that's the way its looking.
