If you buy a zt elite, or probably any bad boy zero turn, when you first change the transaxle oil and filters, bring a big pipe wrench, 24 inch minimum would maybe do it. They apparently torque the filters to about 250 ft lbs at the factory. A standard filter wrench will test your patience and Christianity. And prepare to spend lots of time under the mower. Enjoy
It’s not a bad boy problem that’s the transaxle HydroGears problem torqueing them down that tight. Bad boy just makes the deck and frame just like any other mower brand. The engine and transaxles are all almost the same between all brands
just bought a used 2011 ZT60 elite and it has been nothing but a night mare. After 10 mins of owing the engine would try to die and after 10 it would quit. After replacing a bunch of parts on the engine we got it to running condition(it was still stumbling now and again but it was drivable) after getting the motor going I was test driving it and the left wheel locked up and in you push the bar forward it make a horrible groaning noise plus i can not get the wheel to release according to what you show in the video. any advice would be appreciated.

Will the transaxles keep the engine from starting on zt2700 zero turn?
My 2024 bad boy elite will not bypass levers are pulled out and pinned brake off will not roll ?
For the 4400, do you turn bypass valve 180° ccw or cw to disengage ?
