love this space! literally my only gripe with these videos is I wish you'd show the homes at night time, so we could experience the interior lighting design.
I think they only have a certain time frame to film these videos. They have to also take into account the owners and architects when planning the shoot. I can imagine that it is therefore not always possible to stay until the evening to film if the shoot is in the morning, for example. At best, you could ask the homeowners to do the filming themselves in the evening.
I believe this has a lot to do with these being residential homes. Imagine coming home from work and your kids getting home from school. You’re trying to unwind while your kids are trying to do homework. Then having to make dinner and amongst other chores you may have for the day. The last thing you may want to give up the few hours you may have before going to bed to people coming in and filming your home. Of course this exact scenario may not be everyone’s situation but you can assume most people would still like to have their home to themselves in the evening. Maybe one of these days someone will suggest their home being filmed at night.
Wow, how gorgeous is this home? I love it when there’s no gimmick- just a lovely, beautiful, peaceful apartment made to be lived in. Perfect size for two people. Well done to the architects.
I commented something very similar. Nothing "clever" or hidden or modular. Just fantastic use of a space to create a real, livable apartment, with furniture that looks like it would actually be comfortable to use. This is easily my favourite space from this channel for those reasons. I could see myself living here...too often that isn't the case.
This place is amazing!! A proper sofa, a proper kitchen, good-sized bathroom & bedroom, lots of storage, colourful without being busy, natural light, and a flexible office/guest room space too!!! Wow! What more could anyone want? Well done to them 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's the postman ringing the doorbell bit for me😭 That moment is like a cherry on top of the already-perfect video, such a homey, lovely place, you can see so much thoughts and love going into this flat and the design!
That moment changes the whole tone of the video. At first it looked like just another video with the guys describing the apartment but after that you can hear them loosen up a bit on the script, one of them even responds to something the other says at one point. You can tell how proud they are of this one. And the deposit at the end! They even showed us the least glamorous part of the house, reminding us what a real, lived-in home feels like. Enhorabuena!
The shower tiles are my favourite.. stunning. Love the seamless look of all the birch ply. I’m a big fan of all the storage and where they placed the kitchen island. Love the hidden Murphy bed and curtains. Excellent design.
The design is deceptively simple. No extreme choices yet everything they need for living. The kitchen is the star of this home which is true of most homes. Disciplined use of materials makes the space calm and inviting. NTS, good job bringing us another example of modern city life!
This home spoke to me. I can absolutely see myself living here. It is functional, artistic, and a representation of the people who live here. I want to cook in the kitchen!
I like how simple and unpretencious this space is but so well thought out and functional. The room at the roof is also great, any adsitional storage space is a plus.
This a lovely apartment. Pops of color everywhere really bring it to life. I would love to be a guest and sleep in that cosy nook. The blue tiles in the bathroom are fantastic.
This is definitely one of my favorite homes I’ve seen here on the channel. I love all the windows and the feeling of open space. It does not seem to be small at all.
I love the difference between the curated beautifully clean and simple apartment and then the laundry storage unit on top. Also marvelling at the idea of a load of laundry being dried in an hour.
The design and colours of this apartment give me a feeling of warmth, coziness and relaxation. It literally put a smile on my face! I'd probably opt for a slightly darker wood but this works amazingly as well. Lucky people to live in that place and huge props to the architects!
Beautiful! Calm, but with pops of lovely colour. And good open, and hidden, storage. We all have and need "stuff", and it's good to have our favourites visible. Makes it homely and personal. Love this one. ❤
I adore this, it's so light airy and big despite being so tiny. Having a kitchen like that in such a small space is so wonderful, the dining nook with the bench is so cozy
Uno de los departamentos más hermosos que he visto, la ciudad, los edificios y el departamento como tal... Lo más impresionante es la cocina, se siente muy grande y amplia, llena de luz...
I'm aghast that the original owners crammed three bedrooms into a 55sqm flat. This layout is so much more refreshing. I love the openess and sensitivity to the unique characteristics of each material.
This multifunctional apartment in Seville is a masterclass in versatile design, showcasing how creativity can transform limited space into a dynamic living environment. From the innovative use of sliding partitions to the multipurpose furniture solutions, every element serves a dual purpose, maximizing functionality without compromising style. The infusion of Spanish aesthetics adds warmth and character, creating a cozy retreat within the bustling city. Despite its modest size, the apartment feels spacious and inviting, offering a flexible layout that adapts to the needs of its occupants. Truly inspiring to see architecture and design merge so seamlessly to create a harmonious living space.
I like how cozy this design is. I can truly feel the warm energy of the neighbourhood they mentioned with all the whimsical colour and little displays. It feels like home with personality and comfort. Amazing!
This apartment shows that great design does not have to cost a fortune, the furniture is simple but works beautifully! I love how homely they have made it!
Beautiful! I would immediately move in! ❤ Not only beautiful, but also functional. And gosh, so much light because of all the windows! And the kitchen has lots of storage. Bathroom tiles are gorgeous! Really love it! Well done!
Just gorgeous. Love the bathroom esp the tile. Cant believe this was originally a 3 bedroom in such a small space. Love the Murphy bed too. So well designed! Thank you for sharing.
Really cool the way you used and amplified the space removing those tiny bedrooms and replacing it with a whole furniture that divide all the atmospheres, also the detail for the bed that is an option to be down or up, is completely amazing.
This is my favorite small space design! It’s wonderful! The apartment is functional, beautiful and shows how much thought was put into each space. I’m so glad to see a Murphy bed used! It’s the perfect solution for guest and not al all noticeable when not in use. The kitchen has so much storage and work space. Finally a full size sofa and place to entertain. Well done!
I've passed through this street when I was in Sevilla 😯The exterior looks very traditional, I would never imagined someone would decide to make a modern refurbish (cause usually people like to keep old apartments as original as posible).
I really like this remodel which created a large flexible living space. I also love how the three square windows in the apartment are aligned and one can see through the bedroom window through the kitchen window and the front window all the way to the the building across the street. I don't think I've ever seen anything exactly like this before. It's a very cool feature of this apartment.
I love this one! One thing I learned watching NTS videos and reading NTS book is that it’s so easy to design a space with 4-6 windows. Where I live (Warsaw, Poland) in new buildings you usually have rectangular apartments with just 2 windows in 1bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms-3windows and so on), if you’re lucky maybe you have also 3rd window by the kitchen. What drives me crazy is 70-80m2 apartments with only 3 windows so there is no space for creativity in redesigning. And of course no window in the bathroom (I’m so lucky I currently have one) while the majority of apartments on NTS have them). And don’t even get me started on the prices for these boring and not functional apartments!
One of my favourites. I love that the owners' stuff is beautiful but doesn't look expensive - just great finds from someone with a good eye! So much storage too and beautifully designed. The bathroom tiles are so lovely (especially paired with the white). Seems like the kind of minimalist/homely space where you'd get good stuff done in your life. Love it.
One of the best I’ve seen on this channel. Beautifully designed and I love the windows lining up so you can see through the apartment. Gorgeous tiles in the shower too.
Que piso más bonito, enhorabuena a los arquitectos y a los dueños!! Me encanta ver videos de mi país y ver como mis “paisanos” crean espacios para vivir tan maravillosos
Amazing apartment with the beautiful natural wood and light. They used the space functionality that highlights the light, and warmth. Love it. Top five of my favorite so far since watching your channel
I felt very comfortable and cozy while watching this video. I am very impressed by this design. Thank you for sharing. I'm inspired to cover all my storage with doors and only let the things I love as color and character to my home. I also very much enjoy the format this channel follows through all of their videos. The calming single voice and the camera techniques really are wonderful. I've been with your channel since the beginning and every time I see the notification for you're newly posted content I sigh in relief that I'll get to enjoy a nice, calm and wonderfully made home tour with a nice commercial for a new product. It's just wonderful. Thank you
I love reading the comments on this channel because I learn so much about people. Im always interested in reading the comments from people who love a space that didn't appeal to me at all, and vice versa. This space is, by far, my favourite from this channel. I wouldn't change a single thing. It doesn't try to get "clever" with space, or disguise or hide something. I use my kitchen throughout the day, so the kitchens that are hidden behind curtains or cupboard doors never appeal to me. I love this kitchen. It's bright and airy, and incorpoates both eating areas into it. Love the open living room, the simple bedroom with all the storage in one place, and the bathroom with those gorgeous blue tiles. I normally hate curtains being used to define a space, but the way that the curtains here are completely hidden when not in use is very smart. I even love the colour of the sofa, as well as the pops of orange and yellow that are used throughout the main space, as they are 2 of my favourite colours. Love the windows, love the balcony. I just love it all!! 🧡💛 Edit...it looks like everyone who loves this space loves it for the same reasons I do. It looks like a comfortable, practical, liveable, and beautiful home. A home made to be lived in, not looked at.
YAY more ideas to go on my short list of stuff I would love in my own home. I love the cabinet work. The entire space feels breezy and welcoming. Love the murphy bed idea as well.
What a lovely place for two people to live, as well as having options for having kids, if that comes about, with a larger open living space than the original, and the roof😁. I like the lifestyle it supports, with storage for some extras, but also a design that encourages mindful consuming.
Lovely design throughput. I always like the long wall of sleek units incorporating kitchen and dining functions. Thank you for the tour. Best regards to all. G Ire
This was helpful, thank you. I always had a hard time with belts, but your analyse has made me realize what I have been doing wrong. I think I can now choose a correct belt for me.
Hey, congratulations! I find your design very inspiring for an appartment that size. You make a very cost effective and vibrant transformation. One of my NTS favorite projects to date.
Super interesting video!! I really like these key words: flexibility and storage. I like the way the kitchen is made with the bench, the « pantry feeling » where you can’t see the mess from the living room, the floor to ceiling cabinets, and the extension into the balcony. The quartz on the kitchen island seems easy to clean, and love the wood comes from local sources. Super interesting office/guest bed with curtains/yoga space.
Beautiful space, I love al the built in solutions. Except the home office... I don't quite understand the trend of built-in home office desks being so un-ergonomic! I couldn't work at a desk like that myself, and I wonder why ergonomics seem to be largely not considered by designers and architects. Would love to see video or series from NTS about the best home office setups!
love this space! literally my only gripe with these videos is I wish you'd show the homes at night time, so we could experience the interior lighting design.
This would be so awesome
Over time I’ve seen many comments asking for this, but for some reason NTS haven’t heeded as of yet
This is a great idea! Commenting so hopefully the producers see this and incorporate in the future!

@@Terri_MacKay Yes! I know Sevilla well and I could totally live in this house and neighbourhood.
So nice to see an apartment that is made for people to live in, rather than Air BnB. This looks comfortable and well done!
This place is amazing!! A proper sofa, a proper kitchen, good-sized bathroom & bedroom, lots of storage, colourful without being busy, natural light, and a flexible office/guest room space too!!! Wow! What more could anyone want? Well done to them 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It's the postman ringing the doorbell bit for me😭

It's because it’s the only moment in this whole channel where some sort of human emotions are displayed.
The shower tiles are my favourite.. stunning. Love the seamless look of all the birch ply. I’m a big fan of all the storage and where they placed the kitchen island. Love the hidden Murphy bed and curtains. Excellent design.

i love the bits when both chuckled when the postman rang the bell, overall it is a very well designed space 😊
This home spoke to me. I can absolutely see myself living here. It is functional, artistic, and a representation of the people who live here. I want to cook in the kitchen!
This is a blueprint for housing solutions. Small, efficient, airflow, light, beautiful.
I like how simple and unpretencious this space is but so well thought out and functional. The room at the roof is also great, any adsitional storage space is a plus.

Never have I been so early to admire an architectural beauty.
I love the blue tiles 🩷
The view from the bedroom window! Such thoughtful design.
The design and colours of this apartment give me a feeling of warmth, coziness and relaxation. It literally put a smile on my face! I'd probably opt for a slightly darker wood but this works amazingly as well. Lucky people to live in that place and huge props to the architects!
the colors they choose for sofa in the living and tiles in the bathroom are beautiful
I like this one a lot. That guestroom space might be my favourite thing after the three perfectly aligned windows. Nicely done to the architects.
Sevila's culture makes any apartment architecturally rich and inspiring.
Fab. Loving the earthy colours
How beautiful. I love the architecture of European countries like Spain which combines aesthetics with functionality within a limited space
Beautiful! Calm, but with pops of lovely colour. And good open, and hidden, storage. We all have and need "stuff", and it's good to have our favourites visible. Makes it homely and personal. Love this one. ❤

Outstanding! This is one of those "I want to live there" type of spaces.
It's a perfect example of how thoughtful design can enhance everyday living in even the most compact of spaces. ❤❤

Seville is my favourite city in the whole world, and this apartment is completely beautiful. This video makes my heart happy ❤️
This apartment shows that great design does not have to cost a fortune, the furniture is simple but works beautifully! I love how homely they have made it!
Be not mistaken, this would have been an expensive remodel. That’s really a lot of fitted, finish carpentry.
But I agree, it’s a great place.
This design was absolutely expensive.
A comfy-looking couch! You can do all you want with the design, but you gotta have a comfy place to sit. Well done!
Beautiful! I would immediately move in! ❤ Not only beautiful, but also functional. And gosh, so much light because of all the windows! And the kitchen has lots of storage. Bathroom tiles are gorgeous! Really love it! Well done!
Love how the curtains were made by his mum repurposing old curtains. Very spanish ❤
Just gorgeous. Love the bathroom esp the tile. Cant believe this was originally a 3 bedroom in such a small space. Love the Murphy bed too. So well designed! Thank you for sharing.
Those bedrooms must have been super tiny - all tucked inside an apartment that is smaller than 600 sqft.
I always love the style and direction of your videos, it's so clean that match with the spaces that are showcased.
Such a lovely and welcoming home. The alignment of the 3 windows is PERFECT!
This is beautiful, it's a home, love the colours, the practicality of the space, plenty of light. One of my favourites!
i love how simple it is but very homey vibe. The colourful items that owner displays are giving lively atmosphere.
Really cool the way you used and amplified the space removing those tiny bedrooms and replacing it with a whole furniture that divide all the atmospheres, also the detail for the bed that is an option to be down or up, is completely amazing.

Wow what a fantastic design.. the perfect mix of clean lines but still very warm and homely ❤ so clever. A favourite
Super bonito, chicos, gran trabajo. El marco de las ventanas en madera, ha sido todo un acierto.
Absolutely loved this house, so well designed. I can see myself living here. 🙂
Beautiful ! I like the blue tiles in the bathroom. ❤❤❤❤❤
I Love that plates with embutidos keep coming up throughout the video ♥️
Truly authentic and beautiful home
Really like the floor plan.
While I am not into the style, I see the owners enjoy it a lot.
Good for them.
Really well designed and functional, especially the amount of storage. The architects look so jolly!!
My blackout curtains have magnets in the hem, so good for closing the gaps! would also be useful here for around the bed for privacy.
YAY more ideas to go on my short list of stuff I would love in my own home. I love the cabinet work. The entire space feels breezy and welcoming. Love the murphy bed idea as well.
This is NTS just doing its thing - sharing beautiful and inspiring small spaces. Love this space❤
¡Han mejorado el apartamento magníficamente! Estoy segura que los clientes están muy contentos. Me gustan todas las funciones flexibles.
Fabulous space. I especially love the kitchen and all the wood/grey floor tile. It makes the pops of colour really stand out.
In Spain?!?! with a beautiful kitchen like that?!
Moving in, VAMOS!!!!
I love how the office space remains open but can become such a cozy nook
If you don't move in, I will! 😂 This is my new favorite! 😎✌️
They absolutely nailed this transformation!
What a lovely place for two people to live, as well as having options for having kids, if that comes about, with a larger open living space than the original, and the roof😁. I like the lifestyle it supports, with storage for some extras, but also a design that encourages mindful consuming.
Beautiful design of the apartment. It’s so light and airy. The decor is also beautiful. Well done.
Amazing design, i specifically like the idea of guest bedroom.
So clean and sleek and those blue shower tiles? Breath-taking!
So beautiful, just love the decor and colour palette, especially the blue tiles in the bathroom! 😍
Incredibly clever and practical - and so livable! ❤
Lovely design throughput. I always like the long wall of sleek units incorporating kitchen and dining functions. Thank you for the tour. Best regards to all. G Ire
Very nice use of a foldaway bed for guests.
Love, love, LOVE this. Wow. What an intelligent, functional, practical, and beautiful design. Hats off, guys. Cheers. 🎉
Love the roof top laundry.
This was helpful, thank you. I always had a hard time with belts, but your analyse has made me realize what I have been doing wrong. I think I can now choose a correct belt for me.
I love how cozy and also wide open this is
Great design and I absolutely love plywood with the multilayer edges exposed.
Hey, congratulations! I find your design very inspiring for an appartment that size. You make a very cost effective and vibrant transformation. One of my NTS favorite projects to date.
I get excited when they upload any video in Spain, but a video in my own neighborhood? And being this amazing? Love it
Super interesting video!! I really like these key words: flexibility and storage. Also love how the objects add color to the space
Beautiful! I'd love to live here, it's small but everything works, nothing is missing and it all looks lovely
It's all very simple and basic. But storage is ample. That is important!
so much beautiful Andalucian light
It's nice to see people using the apartment on this video.
Great desing, mates. Congratulations to the designers. It's pretty big, thogh. I liked the extra bedroom area, nice.
Beautiful Spain wonderful design. Thank you Colin :)
This is one of my favorite designs.
Bello!!! Nada más ver la calle supe que era Sevilla!!!❤
The flexibility of the space is most impressive, and simple, not gimmicky. It’s practical and liveable.
And the had an NTS first: a comfortable sofa.
Night time shots would be great too, to appreciate the lighting design and ambience.
I love the pops of color in the furniture!
One of my top favorites if not the most
This apartment was as appealing as that cinebeam thing 😍😍😍
Incredible home. Really beautifully done.
