Lived the dream and now enjoying life. Thanks for being so authentic Dan and congrats on your success
"Fedor was up and coming then just staring at you from a foot away"
*what are you doing man?*
Hahaha love DC. Come back bro, need more realness in poker today
I totally agree with that, I hate that guy.
Time stamp?
@@Connor_. 16:20
Nothing comes to mind just 15 mill lol
much respect to what Dan said about money & life at around 44 minutes
wow, this was great to watch. Dan seems like a great guy.
Dan thats y ur the 🐐, life is to short to be playing poker all day everyday, and u dont want the poker media to use u to get people in poker because u know like u said 999x out of 1000 it's going to end bad.
Huck Seed. I miss his personality and gameplay
Fun fact Dan Coleman was my neighbor back in Holden Massachusetts. So weird to see him succeed, keep it going Dan!
No-Limit Holden?
here three years late I cannot believe how much I like dan colman vs the media portrayl
This is the best most authentic interview of a poker player by 1000 miles. Dan Colman youre a dead set legend mate. Really appreciate your honesty and selfishly love to finally hear a poker pro reflect so many of my thoughts, both good and bad 👍. Very happy a good guy had such a big win and then put your ego in check and said thanks, and walked. Very inspiring.
In the moment: shoulder shrug
7 years later when it can sink in: shoulder shrug
What a great show and interview big fan of Dan Coleman great poker player and just a great person in general!
Glad Colman won. Such a good guy.
And I love the Phil Helmuth shot at the end.
dan is cool... i was grinding hard in 2013 and 2014, remember immediately becoming a fan of his after the one drop :D
Dan is so humble and cool 😎
I would like to see you get Luke Schwartz on for a run it back edition of his runners up finish to David Benjamine in the premier league
Dan Colman is the man
Super cool. What a chill dude
Remko you're the man! You've been doing a great job, more people should let you know
Bring on huck seed and do a poker after dark
Might be a totally wrong. But I just feel like this is the last thing huck seed would want to do. Feel like he just wants to do his own thing and just never look back in life 😂
Dan Coleman and Doug Polk would have made a great poker combo 5-10 years ago.
selbst...
Would like to see Mark Newhouse here
Or Ivan Demidov. Cause Eastgate refused and I'm Russian
Dan Colman is the Man.
Dan will always be a legend no matter what
31:13 Scott Seiver announces AJ4 flop when Newey has KQ and Renkemeier has AJ; 1:32:27 AJ4 flop when Colman has KQ and Negreanu has A4
get phil laak on. by far my favorite poker player ever! so entertaining
Two pros playing levels on levels on levels vs each other, then camera pans to a bewildered Rick "Level 1" Soloman XD lololol
I don't remember who said it, but I think someone on Joey's podcast said how they were playing a $5 sng at home, and vogelsang still sat there with scarf, sunnies and was tanking every decision, it's nuts lol
its a gimmick, he has to do this.
Great stuff...everyone without exception would love tony G
what the hell is Daniel Colman talking about at 1:29:16 ?????
I'm shocked Colman is doing this, given how much he seemed to hate the poker media, and the poker community as a whole.
I wonder if it is a credit to the interviewer. I love him, he is an enthusiast, knowledgeable, and no side to him, he is not pushing players to say something bad about someone else. As a result, players can relax with him, knowing there are no hidden traps, so they show who they really are. Maybe that had a part in Colman's choice to do this. Glad he did, as it is a really good interview and interviewee.
Because covid-19 dan colman is bored at home. Thats why.
@@dylanng8448 I was expecting his low public profile was because he wasn't a good speaker, but it is quite the opposite Colman is really articulate, honest and engaging, a shame he's chosen not to have a higher profile.
@@rooksman64 Nobody said he wasn't. It's just a shock when the guy who took the hardest anti-media line in Poker just a few years ago is now willing to do shows like this.
@@rooksman64 There's nothing to "get over" fool. Guy can do whatever he wants, just surprising to see him do this .
wow didn't know that Ryan Gosling was a professional poker player you learn somthing every day
Proof that sometimes you have to go with your gut and not GTO. A10o is a fold for a 3rd of your stack all day, but had he folded he wouldn't have been in a position to win this tournament. Most solvers will argue until they are black and blue that it was a bad call regardless, but they are wrong.
Jerry "I killed Poker" Yang.
How about asking Fedor Holz to join you for a chat??? Keep up the great work!!!
Great content!
Hello from Galway.....Go your own way as the Fleetwood Mac song 🎵 goes
Very cool video, thanks!
Tobias was ahead of the curve though - with limping off of a sub 15 BB stack with full range then stabbing small otflop - K10 os is a little bit wide but it's close depending on table dynamics
lmao love the trash-talking Daniel at 1:28:00
not sure what video you were watching but theres no trash talk there...maybe a little projection.
how about Gus Hansen and his book and aussie million win? :) thanks for video
Fedor is definitely the biggest creep in poker.
the investors don't give a flying fuck how you played if you win💯
Thank you for NLH final tables. Do you have access to any PLO or PLO8 videos?
1:13:20 "That's trash, just call."
Please invite Martin Jacobson to talk About WSOP Main Event 2014! It would be great ;)
Tuesday at 1pm ET Martin Jacobson is joining me!
@@PokerGO LOVE IT!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I think it was the greatest main event final table performance ever
Negreanu took four 10mg Adderall pills before the heads up with Coleman. You can tell that’s why he’s all energized
This was epic. Always admired Dan, especially after his podcast with Joe Ingram. So cool seeing him talk through that part of history. And it brought back nostalgia of those times. Can't believe it was 6 years ago.
PRETENDS he's pissed off 😤 ...Seiver
You can see that Dan has absolutely no interest in poker at all anymore. I don't blame him, its a very toxic game.
Was Rick smoking a cart at the table?
Is he under some sort of staking or stable deal? I find it odd he doesn't play for fun...
He doesn’t like it anymore. Just like when a successful athlete retires. Time to move on to a different fruit of life🏝
@@mgreenbaseall Seems to enjoy spending time with his girlfriend and family and living where he grew up. Not stressful, not dealing with travel, not a bad life.
When you have made 10+ million from poker, why would you continue to play and stress out when you lose and have to study a ridiculous amount of time as well? that doesn't make any sense to me...
@@michaelangst6078 Poker is fun? If you're stressing about losing money at poker, you're playing too high.
@@seviren I wouldn't have made 7 figures lifetime in poker if I lived the low stake incel lifestyle that the majority of ''poker players''' are living today
Sometimes AA is just one pair.......
Every time , aces is just one pair
@@frankmigliore8505 not when you flop a set they ain't!
I'm better than they were three years ago.
hey man ty.. maybe in some point we get to see wsop europe ? last year colonias i heard was really impressive and he s crushin today still ..i think he would like the publicity if u do this similar concept..which is perfect
Vogelsang is never bluffing Solomon
Stefan Huber und Chris Kruk
Lol " hu specialist" spécialist for hit a 10 On a turn on all in pre flop ahah
very good player coleman , strange bird...
Today it wouldn't be allowed for a normal sized man to crush a little person like this. Dan doesn't like to talk about it but he got cancelled.
didnt peter eastgate not drop out right away and dump money at high stakes online?
what do you mean its a snap fold. he could easily have QQ , JJ . he could easily have flush KT with K of clubs. i mean it wasnt terrible fold from Reinekmerier. and whoever tells me its a snap call is not a good player. also he knew scott maybe he tought he had a read. also its one drop. so u have to take all that into consideration and much more
Tobias only needs about 35% equity to call, he's probably like 65% equity
vs Scott's range of hands there given combos, etc. Pretty ridiculous fold in
the opinion of anyone who know their ass from a hole in the ground.
1:35:15 haha burn!
The t-shirts man....Olivier and Dan, it didn't help at all it's fkn mayhem man.

Title should read Dan Coleman buzz kills presenter throughout the whole wsop win
Ask Doyle Brunson
Coleman, Jungleman and Matusow are my favorite players. I used to like DN but he has turned out to be such a little turd
GET PHIL HELMUTH!!!!!!!
He's right about one thing, if you got $$$$$, why the fuck would you sit at a table w/ 9 other men looking to take your money?
Also, A10 isn't a fold for 10 - 12 BB's. Never.
obv Dan has no idea
You're not really underrepped with the aces. There are a ton of hands in your range that are better calls. Like, if you had called with tens preflop you would still be "underrepped" in the sense that you have a stronger starting hand than you're expected to, but that doesn't mean you should call with tens on that board obviously.
you are under-repped because Seiver doesn't have to be bluffing in order for you to have the best hand. if you're beating value shoves, it's a mandatory call
@@pavel2927 Underrepped specifically means that you have a better hand than villain expects based on your range. This is not the case here, AA isn't a very good hand. Seiver puts you on a lot of better hands than this.
This doesn't mean that you should fold, I think you should call. You just don't really have a better hand than villain expects.
What are you talking about? He expects him to have better hands then AA, that's two pair buddy. You think Seiver bluff shoves into two pair? Some of you really have no clue what they are talking about. AA is underrepped and Seivers reaction clearly shows that.
Dan really annoyed me after the 1 Drop interview deal, but I actually like the guy a lot after this interview lol
He actually earned my respect after he stuck it to the media
Me too 100% - and now totally understand his stance too. He technically tried to do the right thing by not shitting on poker by saying the truth, which he articulated here. Went from one of my most disliked to most liked in 1 interview..
He has kept his stand the whole time. Respect
He said it even v k10 one club he’s not doing well
Basically, the luckier won
tobbys probably was very scared ? - emotional (maybe he had a big % of himself ) which messed up his decision procces ..and even then, the chek call in the flop oop is crazy if u concider fold in turn .. but again emotions messed him up
Need shieky!
Dan Coleman is just mad cuz players are better now a days
Yeh he seemed really pissed - what a Muppet comment
REMCO I cant make coleman out? Free spirit juvenile at 30? Vogalsang grown up, Coleman childlike.
You're an unpleasant individual I assume
Dan Colman is the Man
How is using a computer program legal? .....funny.... I've got no answers....this is the 2nd post of this nature on this.... was on another channel too
He's a great player but like all these great players runs hotter than the sun
But unlike every other pro he said that... He said a few times he THOUGHT plays were good because he'd been winning making them, but in retrospect they were probably wrong. Give him his dues, the most honest down to earth REAL poker player self deprecating interview ever..
