Phil H is soooo under rated by his peers or...they just enjoy keeping that needle going. Love, hate, or in between, the man has evolved and has an amazing image that he takes advantage of quite well. Dude just wins and knows where his edges are and where they’re not.

Is the final table the only part from this event that was filmed? I'd love to see the whole of it, that was precedent for all those huge tournaments theese days, such a great lineup aswell.
I live in Red Bluff in northern Cal. But I don't bluff a lot unless I've set it up winning good hands. It is surely a lot of fun to play poker and if I lose a few hundred dollars that's OK. It's a good time. If I win that's OK too. I don't need to win every time I play. I try to but I don't have to. There really is no such thing as the best hand looking at 2 cards. That's why it's gambling because you never know what's going to turn up. If I'm not having fun I'll usually leave.
I'd prefer a mix of old school/new age wizard for HSP ... but for the wizards only guys who are chatty like Scott Sevier. Love to see Lex, Dwan (of course!), but maybe some of the great Asians like Paul Phua or Richard Yong or any of the guys on the Triton circuit that don't take forever like Badzakouski or sit silent.
Didnt he only get about 10%?? P.s. I love Antonio. And him always talking and laughing even when he loses big pots. Hes great for poker and I love his analysis on WSOP
Can't remember the blokes name interviewing but feel he bordered on disrespectful of Hellmuth rather than banter. Antonio doing it is fine they're mates. However definitely think the interviewer needed to show him more respect.
Why do we need to respect a self proclaimed brat? Hellmuth is very fun to watch, but definitely has done some things in his time that make it easy to lose respect for his achievements
Trickett was not getting away from that hand. They just got it in on the river instead of the turn or flop. I think either way all the chips were going to end up in the middle
