What a wonderful attachment the seamstress used for the neck band! I liked how she used a guide to the left of the needle to measure hem length on the sleeves. I'm going to try that. Every step is beautifully done. Thank you for making this video.
That is a very interesting looking Thimble Ring she is wearing. I have never seen one before. I must look for one. Thank you so much for the work you put in to making these videos. They are excellent. I am really enjoying the channel. 👍
Yes, Charlene - those pink guides *are* ingenious, aren't they? (sometimes actually stuck to the presser feet, too!) I've noticed other guides & aids used in other videos here that obviously make all the difference, too. Thank you, Atelier Saison. :)
Wooow the work is very impressive and seems easy !! Have you ever done a video on how to do a t-shirt with a V neck ? It would be interesting if you show us all the process like you did in this video. Thanks a lot for the sharing it’s very helpful!
Dear atilier, i like your channel and your work...only one suggestion, if possible start shooting from the beginning so that we can understand better...Love from India
I'd love to know where a home sewer could buy those cuttable reusable pink spongy sticky seam guides. I love all of these accessories available to the sewing industry.
When you closed the neck band with a straight stitch before setting it in, did you use elastic thread? If not, isn't the opening too "stiff"? I use a similar technique but I close the neck band first using the overlock on 5mm width and set it in with 7mm stitch width. The disadvantage is that I have to be very carful in guiding the fabric as I only have 2mm space but if it works the result is very good and elastic :)
This is good question!! At first she was checking how long the neck band extended when attach the neck band to the bodiece with 2 needle overlock. So, the opening is not stiff. She used the non-elastic thread. Thank you so much!!😁
Hi Atelier. Thanks you for all your lessons. Can I please ask why do you have Pegasus serger and coverstitch machines instead of Juki? Do you like them? If you were to buy them now, what would you recommend? Thanks so much.
Pegasus sewing machines are famous in Japan for cut-and-sew(T-shirt and foodie etc). But JUKI is also famous. We recommend,,,, Pegasus because we use now😁😁 Thank you.
The pink one is made of urethane foam with a sticky surface. It is very useful as a guideline for stitching. We buy them in a kind of professional shop in Japan. The information of this shop is secret. Sorry for the secret, Thank you.
You can use a piece of foam mounting tape (available at the dollar store). Cut it to size, stick it on, and either leave the plastic affixed to the top or cut a piece of bright paper to stick on the top.
Hi Atelier, How are you? What thread do you use and what brand? Do we have to be very careful by choose thread with less lint for industrial single stitch and overlock machines? Thanks
Hello, we are fine, thank you. We use the thread "FUJIX King Span" made in Japan for this video. We use "ACE CROWN" except for knit fabrics. It is also made in Japan. Thank you. www.fjx.co.jp/english/index.html (FUJIX King Span) www.onuki-seni.co.jp/en/cl04 (ACE CROWN)
This white strip is hard interfacing that is usually used for waist band. It is in order not to slide while sewing (sewing gap). When the thickness of the fabric is different, the pressure of the presser foot and the feed dog are not stable. Putting this tape means adding the height, this is very useful. Thank you!
Can you please do a tutorial to show us the tools and techniques you use? They are very interesting and different from our style of sewing. Thank you. It's great you do.

慣れろ、みたいな感じでした(^^;
Great tutorial, thanks!
Thank you for sharing the knowledge how can i get the machine used
Very impressive, but if you keep the joint at Wear's left side of the neck ribbed collar, instead of right as shown in the video. I am from India.

Nice work.
Krásná čistá práce, děkuji za zveřejnění.
@@ateliersaison
