As a kid Pitch Perfect had me thinking that A capella groups were a big thing in college. But now as an adult in college, my school doesn’t even have an A capella group.
There are definitely some schools where it’s a big thing. My girlfriend is in a cappella at UCONN and there’s at least 100 people in the various groups.

Great team. Jesse helped Benji build his confidence. He also stood up for Benji with the Trebles… basically “Listen Trebles. Benji stepped up and took Bumper’s spot at the last second. He saved our asses. We owe him. Let’s do a song about magic to say Thanks.” He showed the guys that Benji wasn’t the nerd the Trebles thought he was. He was talented and deserved his spot. Jesse was an amazing friend and supported Benji so much.
I mean they were the better group in more ways than one. You could tell that not only did the treble makers work their asses off to compete, they had fun doing it too

Possibly unpopular opinion: the original Trebles (from the first movie[more specifically the ones in the riff off and that sing ‘Please don’t stop the music’) were 10x better then the newer group (the ones in the other movies that sing the lollipop song)
Yes! I have the fattest crush on Donald and the guy that plays him. I also have tbe fattest crush on the grey haired Asian that was in the treblemakers in the second movie at the beginning singing the lollipop song and then never being in the movie after that which made me mad plus all the treblemaker guys from the first movie I found them all hot 🥵

Frankly I always felt like the Trebels lost their “bad boy” vibe in the second movie that they were known for in the first movie. Don’t misinterpret that, they Still remained great singers. They just weren’t bad boys.

I prefer almost every cover over the original from this movie, but my favorite (wish they had more than what was in the riffoff) is the tone hangers version of Live like you were dying.

I can't believe that it's been a decade since the first movie came out! I basically grew up with the trilogy, it's so iconic.

It’s too powerful of a group. The world would end at the power of it if every college had a group
