I love this trilogy, it was my entire childhood, and I can't believe that it's been six years since the last film was released. At least we now have the Bumper spinoff to fill the void.
Pitch Perfect (1st movie) is close to perfection. Great for when you feel happy or sad, when things are not going your way or for when you have everything in life, this movie fits all categories.
Bringing in the older ladies on" My Flashlight", literally made me cry. Lost my mom a little over a year ago, and this just got me for some reason, tonight!
Ester Dean has such an amazing voice. Don't get me wrong, every person in this sings well, but Ester Dean's voice has a unique tone and special quality that makes it above and beyond all the fantastic singers in this to a level above.

Well first off, all of the performances “for the movie characters” were rehearsed. At the riff offs is all impromptu. Second the riff offs are supposed to be strictly vocal. But Sound Machine and the other groups brought in instrumentals that overpowered the Bellas.
I love the "Pitch Perfect" Trilogie, the songs are great. The arrengements are nearly perfect, and the voices incredible. I´m an old man, but when I listen to the songs , I run back to my youth. I would like to see a full concert from Anna Kendrik, but she never did a solo concert... Thanks "Bellas"
At the end of "One Good Thing" you can see real tears. Apparently they filmed this song last; it was the last performance they ever did and those tears and hugs are the real thing. Poor Rebel (Fat Amy) she can barely keep it together. I gotta admit, got me a little teary too and I've watched it, oh, babe one thousand gazillion times!
The final songs in all 3 seasons really perfect and more spectacular. But the last made me felt a lot emotion like we and also them know it is really the last performance and you can see how sad but happy for the success of their friend with full supports 😢
In my highschool choir we went to one of our members lake cabin. We had to sing for our supper. We sang Sweet Georgia Brown for everyone who lived on the lake. One of my fave memories.
I know time was limited in the framework of the movie, but I think they really dropped the ball in the 2nd one. They had a chance to truly launch ALL of acapella if they had just allotted more time to the Worlds and let the incredible groups be spotlighted more than the montage. How do you not give those groups separate time? Not everyone was familiar with The Sing Off! haha
I love all these movies.. the first had the best plot, second was funny quite funny, and flashlight for sure the best song compared to the whole trilogy and third is has the best songs overall in my opinion.

Why do these compilations never include "Sit Still, Look Pretty"? Seriously have not encountered even one that included it yet.
I think that its because although I agree it is good, it doesn't include the main bellas so is less popular than many of the others
