Yeah i agree, they didn’t let her sing with her because they thought Ariana grande was going to overpower Victorias voice. And the other times they sang together they lowered Ariana grandes voice to focus on Victoria.

You can totally feel that they had Liz's mic a bit low in take a hint......but her voice is so beautiful, colourful and strong, she nailed all those high notes and that counting part was a killer !!!
Well they lowered both of their voices at different parts of the song. They purposely adjusted their voices depending on who the camera was focusing on.
