I'm liking your series, and its giving me some ideas for the kind of content I need to refresh for my teaching (photography degree students) around workflow and social media.
Hi Scott, Are you self taught or had training in the past? I’m buying the MacBook Air M1 today along with some software to go along with my drone. Your work is inspiring mate 👏🏼 👍🏼
As always awesome video! So on the mini 2 you’re saying the AEB (3 shot exposure) isn’t enough in some cases? Better to shoot manual and select your own exposure range?
I like your tutorials very much. I learn a lot from them. But I wonder why you play around with the colors in lightroom and then another one in photoshop?
Thanks Hans! I think it's just personal preference, I use Lightroom for most of the colouring but I really like the selective colour tool in Photoshop to help play with contrast and highlight off the colour a bit more. 😊
Do you recommend subscribing to light room and photo shop? I have no training and try to understand what’s going on but to be honest I feel I may need to learn a few things about using them too
I'd say so mate, They just work so great together. I've used Aurora HDR and Luminar AI before but always fine myself going back to Lightroom and Photoshop 😊
Hey Dan, Personally I don't like to put watermarks on my work due to it spoiling the picture, however, all the photos I upload etc...are rendered to a really low quality so it's near impossible to copy. The issue is, you have some excellent photoshoppers out there and people can quite easily remove a watermark if they could be arsed. Unless you slap in straight bang in the middle, but that just spoils the image. 😊
@@CutLeafProductions that's exactly my thinking! I want to be able to advertise my images in the best quality possible but without worrying they'll just be stolen. That's also true about the watermark! Thanks anyway mate 👍
@@altoscene No problem man, some people don't kid a watermark but I definitely think it spoils, just render the quality down to the point where it can't be stolen. If it is stolen, find out who they are....and you know what to do. 🤣
I keep getting told by a fee people that my images are blury (I fly mm2) and that to correct this I need to tap the screen to focus? Is this something you do, or does the minis auto focus? Keep up the great work!
@@CutLeafProductions really appreciate that! It's only the same 1 person that keeps telling me they are out of focus. To me they seem ok. Is it ok to drop you a message on Facebook, I see you are in the mini group. Just be good to see what you think.....
Hi Matt, sometimes I use the AEB setting, but the movement in the drone is minimal, when you merge it in Lightroom you can select the deghost tool which will eliminate any overlapping depending on the strength you use.

very clever combining hdr + pano, this makes up for the Mini 2 sensor that does not perform well facing the sun and also let you have vertical pics
Hi Scott,

Hi matey, great content. Do you place your orders as the orders come in from Etsy or do you before hand

Awesomeness great review. What software are you using for the effect you got on the picture your editing?
Cheers Ron, Lightroom
Hi, could you upload those images as you said so I can practice on them ?
can i get your instagram?
great work honestly!
Can i ask what editor is that sir
does those merges makes the overall photo look more sharper than the single photo? Because my single photo looks more noisy even at bright day.
Thanks.. But the music pumping harder then your voice is annoying.. Better bring that volume a bit down next time..but thumbs up voor de tutorial 👍

I'd say so mate, They just work so great together. I've used Aurora HDR and Luminar AI before but always fine myself going back to Lightroom and Photoshop 😊
OCD comes to mind. 😩
can someone help me? when I try to merge I get an error message saying something like they dont have the same meta information.
When you're advertising your work, do you put watermarks on to prevent people stealing your images? Great work btw! Really helpful videos 👍

Hi Matt, thanks mate 😊 I've never touched the screen to focus! Always give your lens a wipe before you fly. 😊
@@CutLeafProductions that's what I thought, but I'll give it ago and see if it makes things better. Cheers 💪
@@Matt_warren_photography I've never heard of that happening before! If it keeps happening come back to me and I'll see if I can help. 😊

In the video you say you will provide a link to the images so we can practise but there is no link
Hi Mike, i’ll be sorting that out this evening! 😊
So you don't use the AEB setting? You do it manual? Do you not worry about movement in the drone?

which app do you use for photo editting
Lightroom
What shutter speed do you use
Hey Barry, I just change the shutter speed to expose the image at different levels 😊
What app do u use ?
Lightroom & Photoshop
Do you use ND filters on your mini 2?
Hey Holk, I only use filters for video work, never tried them for photography! 😊
@@CutLeafProductions Oh okay! Your work is awesome by the way.
Just ordered a Mini 2 for myself.
Are you able to approve my pending request to join the cut leaf creatives please fella?
This is definitely cheating
