If it's authentic you can trace it all the way back to the exact company that made it (they all have their own number). Bon Appetite! ;-)

You all need to inform yourselves before you write comments. Grana Padano is a very strong cheese and it was way more than enough on the amount of pasta served. The portion was enough to fill you as well, it is nothing to stuff yourself with, you need to enjoy this kind of food. Best regards!
