Had shared this series in Malaysia, to some Catholics, one avoids Catholism now after teaching her prophecy, but still need to get her to study harder. Ellen G. White the Founder of Adventism
If Ellen White hadn't come along with the idolization of the Sabbath day, basically only Christ-rejecting orthodox Jews would be keeping the Sabbath, something that the Lord Jesus Christ never commanded under the New Covenant.
Amazingly, Ellen White convinced millions of people to keep an abrogated Hebrew ritual law instead of commemorating the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead on the first day of the week, something Christendom has done for most of its existence. How did she pull this off?
At first there were only a few members in her religious sect, but followers later on who believed in her "visions" and "revelations," made a business selling books with her ideas and doctrines. Ellen White and her husband were alleged to be petty swindlers for selling her visions at camp meetings and through the mail. Her husband said in a letter, "There is much profit left in our pens."
Her main emphasis was that her followers keep the Sabbath day. She convinced them that it was the "seal of God " and the heart of the moral law. She was wrong because in the New Testament the Holy Spirit is the seal of God, and love is the heart of the moral law. Other heresies that she invented are; soul sleeping, no meat eating, the investigative judgment, no hell, and the erroneous view of biblical prophecy concerning the United States, Sunday laws and the mark of the beast.
Thinking that they're in the "remnant church" and thus not taking the mark of the beast, it is said that this psychological pull makes it difficult for some people to leave 7th Day Adventism.

The Sabbath was made holy before sin entered this world (so was not 'Hebrew'), God Himself rested on that day, Jesus kept it holy as did the apostles and many others until the Catholic church (as stated in their own writings) changed its observance to Sunday, and it will be observed in heaven (Isaiah 66). Seventh-Day Adventists are NOT Christians!

Seventh-Day Adventists (or SDA) are NOT Christians simply because they ADD works to simple faith in Jesus Christ. According to the official Statement on Doctrine by the SDA, accepting Jesus as your personal Saviour is NOT sufficient to be saved. SDA's teach that the life a person lives must be taken into account, even after they have died. SDA's believe exclusively in a doctrine called the "Investigative Judgment" where Christ enters into the Holy of Holies in Heaven to decide whether or not we are "worthy" to enter Heaven. I can answer that question for all SDA's right now...NO!!!
According to the Word of God, NO ONE is worthy of Heaven. We are all sinners deserving of Hell-fire and damnation. But thank God the Father, He sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world to pay for our sins with His blood. Eternal life is a FREE GIFT (Romans 5:15; 6:23), paid for by the blood of Jesus (Colossians 1:14). Tragically, Seventh-Day Adventists ADD good works to salvation, which is a damnable heresy.
SDA's also ADD the keeping of the Sabbath day to faith in Christ, which is NO faith at all. Either you are trusting Christ 100% or else you are not trusting Him at all. There is a fine line between Heaven and Hell my friend, and the dividing line is faith in Christ ALONE. John 16:6 proclaims, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
The Word of God teaches that there is ONLY ONE WAY to Heaven, and that is through Christ Jesus. Satan is a master deceiver (2nd Corinthians 11:13-15) and knows that some people are more difficult to con than others, so he must manufacture a false religion that looks very close to Christianity. Seventh-Day Adventism is so cleverly camouflaged by Satan that many Christians even consider SDA a "Christian cult" (such as Walter Martin's book, The Kingdom of the Cults). Mr. Martin is wrong on the SDA's, they are NOT Christians at all. How can you have a "Christian" cult?
The truth is that SDA's reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour the moment they ADD the Sabbath and their life's work to faith alone. Eternal life is a "gift" (Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." A gift cannot have any strings attached otherwise it was never a gift to begin with. A gift simply needs to be received. If any Hell-deserving sinner will simply receive Jesus Christ as his Saviour, then he will be saved, "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" -Romans 10:13.
In addition, Ellen G. White is without a doubt the most predominant figure within SDA. There is an entire website dedicated to exposing her. SDA's elevate the writing of this foolish women to the level of the Bible. SDA's have a corrupted view of prophecy, akin to the demonic heresies of the Jehovah Witnesses. SDA's believe that the Lord began has work of "investigative judgment" in 1844. This doctrine was originally concocted as an attempt to avoid public embarrassment when their prediction that Christ would return failed.
Yes, the SDA's set a date for Christ's return and He didn't return. So they set another date, and He still didn't return. Looking like idiots, they claimed that they had made a mistake, saying that Jesus had entered into the Holy of Holies in Heaven instead. By the way, the Branch Davidian cult (leader: David Koresh) in Waco, Texas was an offshoot of Seventh-Day Adventism.
SDA's also require baptism (baptismal regeneration). This is one of the biggest stumblingblocks to faith in the world today. If you place your faith in Jesus + baptism, then you are NOT trusting the Saviour. Baptismal regeneration is a lie of Satan. See: What is Biblical baptism?.
SDA's worship the Sabbath, a grave mistake. Few people realize that Jesus IS OUR SABBATH. The Old Testament Sabbath day was a ceremonial law, not a moral law. It applied ONLY to the Jews, just as circumcision and the prohibition against eating pork. So for the sake of consistency, SDA's should never eat any bacon or ham, right? Just as with all false religions, it is hypocrisy. The Sabbath was a picture of Christ. Man worked six days, and then rested on the seventh. The Sabbath was representative of man ceasing from his own efforts and trusting wholly upon the Lord instead. This teaching is confirmed in Hebrews 4:3, "For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works." There is no more Sabbath day today because Jesus was the fulfillment of what the Sabbath pictured. Hebrews 10:1 teaches that the ceremonial laws were only a "shadow" of good things to come. When the sun is directly overhead there is no shadow. Likewise, when Christ fulfilled the Sabbath, it was no longer needed. If we rest in Christ (place our trust upon Him), then we will have our sins forgiven and go to Heaven.
I need not go into a lengthy article to expose Seventh-Day Adventism as a false religion. If they are wrong on salvation, they are damned to Hell. I say this with great sadness and with the hope that many Adventists reading this article will forsake their false religion and turn wholly to Jesus Christ.

There is no way anyone can prove from the KJV Bible that Saturday, Sunday, etc. is the biblical seventh day Sabbaths. For, the words Saturday, Sunday, etc. do not appear in the Bible.
A continuous Saturday, Sunday, etc., “man made Sabbaths” ARE NOT the true Bible Sabbaths because they are not calculated by true time. God’s true time is written in Genesis 1:14.
When God commanded us to keep a seventh day Sabbath, kill the Passover on the 14th day of the first month, keep the day of atonement on the 10th day of the seventh month, etc......would He not have given us a calendar/Time to find these dates?
Yes, He would have and He did, in Genesis 1:14. We are commanded to keep the days, years, etc. by the lights in heaven (the sun, moon and stars.)
God did not specify which days, so, we must conclude that He meant for all of His 3 category of days to be kept by the lights in heaven.

God’s Calendar has three category of days, the new moon day, the six work days and the Sabbath day. 2 Kings 4:18-23 & Ezekiel 46:1-3. The new moon day is the first day of the month, the beginning of months. These days never, ever, ever overlaps each other on God’s Time!
........However, this is not true on the famous Gregorian calendar. The new moon day falls anywhere and everywhere on that calendar, in a given month.
For example, sometimes, the new moon day falls on a “man made Saturday Sabbath”, on a “man made Sunday Sabbath”, in the midst of the month, etc.
How can it both be the first day of the month and the seventh day Sabbath?
How can the first day of the month start in the midst of a month?
God said in Genesis 1:14 to, let the lights in heaven be for days, etc.

Note: There is never, never, ever, ever, 5 weekly Sabbaths in any one of God’s months.
This is not true on the Gregorian calendar. Sometimes, there are 5 weekly “Gregorian Sabbaths.” This is not in align with true time.

I believe there is a great deception coming to get people to worship Satan through a false Calendar/Sabbath controversy.

In the 4th commandment we find Gods name, title and territory.

Ezekiel 20:12 - “Moreover I also gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between them and Me, that they might know that I am the Lord who sanctifies them.”
Look up the word “sign” in Hebrew, it can be translated “mark”
In Revelation 14:12 we see a group of people in contrast to those who receive the mark of the beast, and the reason for this is because they “keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus”

You're right, but it does use things like "seventh day", or "first day".
To make things worse, Hebrew days start with the evening, so the seventh day is actually Friday sunset to Saturday sunset.
Only the seventh day is the Lord's day:

We truly do need a true repentance. The sins of omission may be more offensive to our RIGHTOUS GOD than the sins of commission people so desire to keep in their lives. Idol worship is alive and well. The Sabbath was made holy before sin entered this world (so was not 'Hebrew'), God Himself rested on that day, Jesus kept it holy as did the apostles and many others until the Catholic church (as stated in their own writings) changed its observance to Sunday, and it will be observed in heaven (Isaiah 66). Adventist ought to just stay away from politics and voting. Do you know how absurd it is to hear a brother or sister say, "Well, I'm voting for prophecy." Israel did not put Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, or Alexander the Great in their positions but God had them all in the time prophecies, right?
I agree. And I hate when I hear the phrase, "I'm voting for the lesser of two evils". True Christians should not be voting for any evil. I haven't seen any president bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit. And how could they? They're the "leader" of a leading country in a world that the Bible tells us is ruled by satan. Ben Sumicad in 1859 the SDA church made a statement about voting so that Satan would not get his way , that we should cast our vote on the side of temperance. Again in 1883 at Battle Creek Ellen gave a speech encouraging students that there was "nothing wrong with their aspirations of sitting in council to inact laws for the nation ". When it came to the question of prohibition she even told them to vote on Sabbath. Liberty magazine. Review and Harold 1882. ( Comments written by her in 1880) . It is economically impossible
Imagine the chaos that would result from such a law. Businesses and factories would have to be shut down on Sunday. The United States would suffer irreparable economic harm. The reduction in work hours would probably drive many businesses to move overseas. Imagine a U.S. police force that can barely keep up with chasing real criminals, trying to cope with forcing the 150 million people who do not worship on Sunday to start worshipping on Sunday! Imagine a U.S. prison system, that is already filled to the brim, trying to handle millions upon millions of new prisoners. Imagine the terrible economic impact of taking millions of hard-working individuals out of the work-force, putting them in prison, where they must be clothed and fed by tax-payers. The economic and social impact of this scenario would probably bankrupt the United States, both financially and morally.

Seventh-Day Adventists (or SDA) are NOT Christians simply because they ADD works to simple faith in Jesus Christ. According to the official Statement on Doctrine by the SDA, accepting Jesus as your personal Saviour is NOT sufficient to be saved. SDA's teach that the life a person lives must be taken into account, even after they have died. SDA's believe exclusively in a doctrine called the "Investigative Judgment" where Christ enters into the Holy of Holies in Heaven to decide whether or not we are "worthy" to enter Heaven. I can answer that question for all SDA's right now...NO!!!
According to the Word of God, NO ONE is worthy of Heaven. We are all sinners deserving of Hell-fire and damnation. But thank God the Father, He sent His Son Jesus Christ into the world to pay for our sins with His blood. Eternal life is a FREE GIFT (Romans 5:15; 6:23), paid for by the blood of Jesus (Colossians 1:14). Tragically, Seventh-Day Adventists ADD good works to salvation, which is a damnable heresy.
SDA's also ADD the keeping of the Sabbath day to faith in Christ, which is NO faith at all. Either you are trusting Christ 100% or else you are not trusting Him at all. There is a fine line between Heaven and Hell my friend, and the dividing line is faith in Christ ALONE. John 16:6 proclaims, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
The Word of God teaches that there is ONLY ONE WAY to Heaven, and that is through Christ Jesus. Satan is a master deceiver (2nd Corinthians 11:13-15) and knows that some people are more difficult to con than others, so he must manufacture a false religion that looks very close to Christianity. Seventh-Day Adventism is so cleverly camouflaged by Satan that many Christians even consider SDA a "Christian cult" (such as Walter Martin's book, The Kingdom of the Cults). Mr. Martin is wrong on the SDA's, they are NOT Christians at all. How can you have a "Christian" cult?
The truth is that SDA's reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour the moment they ADD the Sabbath and their life's work to faith alone. Eternal life is a "gift" (Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." A gift cannot have any strings attached otherwise it was never a gift to begin with. A gift simply needs to be received. If any Hell-deserving sinner will simply receive Jesus Christ as his Saviour, then he will be saved, "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved" -Romans 10:13.
In addition, Ellen G. White is without a doubt the most predominant figure within SDA. There is an entire website dedicated to exposing her. SDA's elevate the writing of this foolish women to the level of the Bible. SDA's have a corrupted view of prophecy, akin to the demonic heresies of the Jehovah Witnesses. SDA's believe that the Lord began has work of "investigative judgment" in 1844. This doctrine was originally concocted as an attempt to avoid public embarrassment when their prediction that Christ would return failed.
Yes, the SDA's set a date for Christ's return and He didn't return. So they set another date, and He still didn't return. Looking like idiots, they claimed that they had made a mistake, saying that Jesus had entered into the Holy of Holies in Heaven instead. SDA's worship the Sabbath, a grave mistake. Few people realize that Jesus IS OUR SABBATH. The Old Testament Sabbath day was a ceremonial law, not a moral law. It applied ONLY to the Jews, just as circumcision and the prohibition against eating pork. So for the sake of consistency, SDA's should never eat any bacon or ham, right? Just as with all false religions, it is hypocrisy. The Sabbath was a picture of Christ. Man worked six days, and then rested on the seventh. The Sabbath was representative of man ceasing from his own efforts and trusting wholly upon the Lord instead. This teaching is confirmed in Hebrews 4:3, "For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.
For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works." There is no more Sabbath day today because Jesus was the fulfillment of what the Sabbath pictured. Hebrews 10:1 teaches that the ceremonial laws were only a "shadow" of good things to come. When the sun is directly overhead there is no shadow. Likewise, when Christ fulfilled the Sabbath, it was no longer needed. If we rest in Christ (place our trust upon Him), then we will have our sins forgiven and go to Heaven.
I need not go into a lengthy article to expose Seventh-Day Adventism as a false religion. If they are wrong on salvation, they are damned to Hell. I say this with great sadness and with the hope that many Adventists reading this article will forsake their false religion and turn wholly to Jesus Christ.

Thinking that they're in the "remnant church" and thus not taking the mark of the beast, it is said that this psychological pull makes it difficult for some people to leave 7th Day Adventism.

The Sabbath was made holy before sin entered this world (so was not 'Hebrew'), God Himself rested on that day, Jesus kept it holy as did the apostles and many others until the Catholic church (as stated in their own writings) changed its observance to Sunday, and it will be observed in heaven (Isaiah 66). Every human’s probation closes at some point ! It closes when they die, for the simple reason that they no longer have the opportunity to make a choice whether to accept God’s grace. Those who die having accepted His grace close their probation on God’s side, and they will spend eternity with Him in His kingdom. Those who fail to accept God’s grace during the time they are alive no longer have that opportunity when they die, and they will suffer the fate of eternal death.

There is nothing wrong in having a meeting on Sunday or Monday or Thursday, it is when you say that day is the Sabbath.
