He was the first limited character I pulled for cause i started saving when he got leaked I got his light cone aswell. but i ended up taking a break from the game like 6 months ago but decided to hop back on today. Thx for the guide
I think he’s a cool character, but I don’t have sparkle, and he’s a skill point gobbler. Acheron and fancy Tingyun and Sunday will come home, though. 🤭
Juice you're an absolute legend for this bc I'm updating HSR rn and hoping I'll get him early pity so even tho I'm the equivalent of an AR 16 Genshin player in HSR imma still save this to use bc I really like his animations. Edit: IT HAPPENED
Musketeer set over the imaginary set all day. The hardest content out there like golden gears or swarm disaster won’t guarantee enemy i-weakness and for the lesser challenging events like pf we get multi waves with different weaknesses. A good built Daniel will clear most imaginary vulnerable enemies anyway
As a DHIL main i want to also highlight that good 4* harmony characters to use with him are also Yukong and Hanya! Yukong has a trace that gives allies imaginary damage boost, and also gives crit boosts if you don't have enough crit rate for arena relic set (note that you will probably need to speed tune Yukong to work with DHIL, mine personally is speed tuned to work with him and Selee). Hanya is the budget sparkle that will refund skill points for ya and also give DHIL speed that he kinda needs if you have ATK boots on him. I personally use Sparkle and Yukong with him with Loucha or Aventurine as sustains.
Ur my hero, Dan heng is my favorite character since he released and I’ve always followed the in game guides, long story short I never leveled my skill or talents, you’ve been a seriously big help😅
We really need some new Relic Set for characters like Daniel IL that like to burn a lot of SP. Is madness that the Imaginary Set is still the best options after almost 2 years

can take out small hp mobs easy if any have left + ult dmg boost since with him we will get ult frequently + good consistent debuff so can try debuff set (? I haven't tried that yet tho)
I have dragon boy E2 S1 with 3500atk and 80/170 crit and its absolutley insane, que stomps over all content but stills lose with a F2P Acheron or Feixao, lol
I hope I win 50/50 on my alt acc cuz I want to play double dragon - double fox team with him, Lingsha, Jiaoqiu and any form of Tingyun but I want Fugue too. Don't blame me tryhard noobs! It's a fun and fancy team.
When I make a polls or asked about him on Hoyo community, many don't recommend him because of he is SP hungry, strict team selection or more premium character needed and required quite heavy investment. To me, he is high risk for high reward and worth the grind and struggles. Take a look on MoC, PF and AS run. He holding on really good even with current meta. So I guess, he's not forgotten. One problem though, I already prefarm his item that grant him at least 75% C.Rate and 198% C.DMG but best part is I lost my 50/50 and got Bailu E1 instead. Rip me. 😂😂😂😂

i've been using rainbow set on him for so long. it's kinda ironic he's still strong af without any dedicated set compared to the other dpses in 1.0 that got major powercrept despite having a set or even get buffed every patch (jingyuan)

You could always use his old team comps consisting of pela and bronya😂

I don't have Sparkle but I guess i will go for both sunday and aventurine 😁
My personal favorite team is Dhil sparkle tingyun and huohuo the skill point economy in this comp is insane and the dmg is quite nice as well.
If you dont have a Sparkle or Bronya, use Hanya(and if you have Bronya Lightcone, put it on her)
I just got him and I've been using 4star Dan Heng as main dps when I play
I feel like the new 4 star lightcone Ninja record: sound hunt at s5 might also he a good alternative

Yes, especially if you have Sparkles or intend to pull Sunday. He is not the best anymore but he still a solid DPS

@@Hencidyou need one DDD or some AA enabler for full Atk boots otherwise it's not a good idea imo you miss out on energy and out lot of dmg
