I know this is a older video, but I love how you had it running with the breakdown on the parts. I truly appreciate it very much. Gives me ideas on the direction I want to go. And where to start.
Video was perfect.... explained the background of the bike for the newbies on the channel like myself and the riding portion was awesome too... no unnecessary talking, just riding and showing the bike do what it does best... awesome content man... and mind you, I've almost never post comments anywhere... definitely a fan of your channel good stuff 👍🏽
love the griz. this was the build (and young's build too) that inspired me to start riding and building. the fact that you guys are in my area too just makes it that much cooler. what ever you do next is gonna be great for sure. thanks for the content, ride on and stay safe out there.
Looks good. I like the various iterations. That original was not an old man’s bike. The purpose for the bike was different. Old men were making bobbers and choppers before you were a gleam in your grandfather’s eye. Take it from a guy who’s about to turn 68. I’ve been riding for a very long time and I’m still learning as I go. Keep up your good work. I like your channel.
Love the bike. I live in Florida now but the video reminds me of the great days many years ago when I rode my shovelhead from Cordelia Junction to Davis and over to Napa to work.
Beautiful timeless scoot. I couldn't run those particular bars though - broke both wrists in a bike prang several years ago. They don't bend like they used to.
Espectacular "Shovel". Sencilla y ligera como me gustan a mí las motos. A ver que le haces...🛠🛠🛠 no la destroces demasiado, 🤨que así también queda bien🤔. Saludos from SPAIN.🍻🍺🍻
Very nice BUILT man 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 .I have a question what kind of ignition key did you use for this can you send me the link ? I’m trying to delete my dash ignition.I meant relocate .I have a 1975 flh .thanks man good luck 🫡
Please what throttle and what throttle cable are you running with this setup. I cannot for the life of me find a throttle and cable that will work with my super e carb on my shovel. TIA
You have to ride with what you got and that’s part of a charm. You just have to adjust your riding style to fit the bike. You can break with your rears all day long, I sometimes do it just for fun
This was my favorite build so Far. Love this Whole setup.
Love it and what a glorious sound, nothing beats the sound of a Shovel.
Oh Yes !
8:34 That Prius really wanted that smoke😂🚗💨
Damn bro that Prius wanted the smoke!! hahaha
I know! 🤣
one of my favorite shovels out there!
my favorite setup was 1:26 with those tiny bars

When I got my 83 FXWG running good after retiring from the Navy. One of a coworker called it my EVO killer. That was in 94.

Old dudes were making cool bikes a long time ago, but only an old dude would be riding that shovel around in it's original configuration.

Those high mids make my knees hurt just looking at them, let alone watching you ride that way.
That shovel is righteous. Just STELLAR.

Such a beauty. Hopefully some day you can hand it down to your kid.
What size is that helmet and what brand and how does it fit
With the Kyle Walker 1's on
Best off bike👌
Where can I get a helmet like yours? I’ve looked all over with no luck…love your style. Bad ass

Curious, is the shovel head high maintenance? I have the Evo and its easy but Ive always wanted a shovel head.
it's not bad actually
Love your vids sunn & your crew🤘
Shoutout from Encantos TV philippines 🇵🇭
What welder are you using? I'm looking getting a little something for the garage.
Miller 211
So you don’t get into trouble for the need to hard brake and no front?
You have to ride with what you got and that’s part of a charm. You just have to adjust your riding style to fit the bike. You can break with your rears all day long, I sometimes do it just for fun
