I keep busting the impending ex with his financial shenanigans. I am virtually certain, he’s now having to draw funds from his hidden cash stash. This now allows me to shadow him and watch the method he’s using to pay for costs. I have little doubt he’s hiding 50 to 70,000 in marital funds. I have him backed far enough against the wall so it broke or tap his hiding account
In my position I have a retirement plan with my union which is only worth x amount and other hand my spouse has a 401k that's worth at least three times what mines worth We own our house our bank accounts are even on our car issues are even what's the best plan to proceed.
Is this just in the US, ive been married for over 50 yrs and i.m 70 yrs and havent got alot.of education! Im at the poverty amount, dont get money like he does with his pension. He says he doesnt have to share his pension with me, he says his lawyer told him he doesnt have to! Theres a house that we both own, theres a trailer and a truck involved too that i own part to.
@Thelma And my rule: Trust yourself. Be true to yourself. Your instinct/gut/intuition/Universe/God whatever you want to call it, which is within you, will guide you through all of this. Even through the tricks, and traps 🪤 set up to hurt you. The key is: as long as you trust yourself. Listen to yourself. Focus on your instinct. Remember the lions, leopard 🐆, even their prey go by instinct. I know, we may have a faltering system, but if pay attention, focus your antenna your GPS will guide you. Praying for you. Can somebody comment and help? I am divorcing my wife. Have a lovely daughter. The most disturbing thing about this divorce is the fact that my daughter will be raised by another man. It seema that I will get the custody of my daughter but again if my ex marries another man there will be another guy in my daughter's life. And all these things disturbe me very badly. What do you suggest? How can I overcome this feeling? What should I do?
I'm going through it too with those thoughts, man... I think for me... the best thing one could do is make the most out of the time with your daughter. She's already at a disadvantage having a narc for a parent... but u can show her what a real relationships feel like... and show her how genuine people interact with eachother... as she grows up... she'll figure out who's real in her life... but yeah... just make the most of your time with her... and i wouldn't stress about what I can't control.... but always be there for her... hope it helps.... good luck brotha...
I would suggest counseling. It’ll really help! Your child will live a happier life if her Dad and Step-Dad get along, even if it’s only for the kid’s sake. I tell you this from the child’s perspective.

I have a question my parents got divorced in 1995. I got a hold of the divorce decree but its no settlement agreement. Do I get the settlement agreement from a different court or does that mean they didn't do a settlement or any custodial agreement through the courts. Also if they didnt do a settlement agreement would that be considered automatic joint custody at the time. I was born in wedlock.
