Woa i really loved this, i really want to take that class with him.
Lately i was thinking this was a noticeable issue in some scientific books and simplistic professional of physical and mental health.

4(+10)14(+9)23(+11)34-->I thought the answer WOULD logically be 42 as +8 is the next number that would logically follow in that series. Am I wrong? Here is a continuation of the pattern: 4(+10)14(+9)23(+11)34(+8)42(+12)54(+7)61(+13)74(+6)80
Look at every other added number and hopefully you can see what I mean
Of course that was a coincidence because the next street would be 57th

A great scientific doesn't necessarily make a good political leader since it requires different kind of skills. Also, being an outstanding intellectual doesn't prevent you from being a crook or abuse power once you are in charge !
