I too have a couple of playlists where the tempo is just right for this sort of stuff. One song in particular I use for a non-stop freestyle of rock-its (Side to side, front to back, hand to hand) and around the worlds.
That's a treat for when I've done my programming for the day and still feel like I've got some gas in the tank.
Re: the Pavel thing, I wasn't implying that sport style ( or flow ) wasn't a valid thing. I was making an attempt at humor to suggest he might say kettlebell sport is still serious work. This is why I keep the day job: these jokes don't always land 😅
The reference I was making was from Smple and Sinister where he says "we don't have a weak side and a strong side, we have a strong side and a stronger side"
Cheers!
Where are you? Just don’t trip.
Yeah, location is important. I don't know If I would do that where people could see me.
WTF that jacket?
like its good or its bad?
What are you wearing? Is that a lady’s jacket? 😂
First
You shouldn't stand so close to the cliff man because what if you slipped or felt sick all of a sudden? If you fell off that cliff nobody could help you.
That jacket is unbelievably shit mate
I don’t believe there is a requirement for you to like my handmade jacket. I’m 90 % sure I’m not gonna like your shoes, but that’s not exactly essential information for the world to know.
@@MarkWildman sorry Mark didn't mean to upset you my son, my shoes are absolutely FANTASTIC mate don't know why you're getting personal
It seems like you probably didn’t need to inform me of your distaste for my jacket but you did go out of your way to do it. I’m not sure what essential information you are trying to convey. And based on the sentence structure of your comment, I know very well where you are from and so it seems only logical to extend my thoughts on your shoes. It’s not personal. It’s just continuing the idea you started of conveying thoughts which don’t really have a purpose. Cheers mate.
@@MarkWildman lol I love you, Americans are the best, keep up the good work brother I was only pulling your plonker
Copy. Cheers mate. Stay strong. Maybe I’ll start wearing my Uk clothes in vids to make them appealing to my audience across the pond. Be well.
