Tippy tip: Store bought ranch isn’t healthy because of the oils and additives they add. You can make your own with buttermilk powder, ranch herbs and greek yogurt or cottage cheese. I also like to make an easy quick dressing with mashed avocado , lime juice , little salt and white pepper. It goes great on toast too. I’ve also noticed that when I chop my salad up I enjoy it more. ❤ blessings to you!

You can do it! I got a walking pad postpartum and just RECENTLY started using it and my baby was born this year. No pressure and I know it’s not easy to fit in time, I get it!! But maybe try a walking pad. It’s been the best investment I’ve made recently for my health. That, and a juicer I got last year that I use at least once every 2-3 weeks. Whatever movement you do, even running around while taking care of your baby, is better than nothing in my opinion.

I don't have to have ranch, but if you don't mind my sharing my high protein recipe for homemade ranch dressing for those who don't want to skip it. It's a great way to stick to a healthy fitness journey. It is made with low or nonfat cottage cheese small curd. You blend the cottage cheese til it's smooth, then you add a little bit of Hidden Valley Ranch Powder or the ranch powder from Trader Joe's. Stir and voila you have a high protein ranch dressing . And I love it with raw veggies, especially red, orange, and yellow bell peppers. Try it Maya!
