All of live action Zoro’s fight scene are amazing bc the actor is actually a legitimately masterful swordsman. He makes Zoro’s master swordsmanship so real and believable!
@@ZephyrBW Mackenyu. He's been training in swordsmanship since he was quite young, and has acted with a sword before. his fighting scene in rurouni kenshin makes his fighting scenes in OPLA look kinda cute. I bet it wasn't hard at all for him to film this. but his fighting scenes in this show are more cleaner and neat. love the choreo in both shows. mackenyu is such a good swordsman
I think it has to do with the ability of some of the other actors. Honestly you can tell he purpisefully slowed down a lot for this show, whereas in Ruroni Kenshin he was free to go all out since Takeru Satoh was fast enough to go toe for toe with him
@laurenotue4426 i wouldnt have my hopes so high lmaooo theyre not easy to do. In Netflix's One Piece, Mr. 7 is dark-skinned, wearing an overly extravagant red uniform. Similarly, Mr. 7 continues the red theme by having a red mohawk. This is much different from Mr. 7 who plays a role in the original One Piece, who has lighter skin and blueish-white puffy hair that falls down to his shoulders. Mr. 7 in the One Piece anime also wears a purple coat with yellow frills, only furthering his differences from Netflix's Mr. 7. I just hope that this Mr7 is not the supposed to be the orignial Mr7. Baroque works as an assassin organization should be changing their memebers as they die so to make the story proper, i'm expecting the original Mr7 to appear at some point in this series. If he doesn't, that's just bad writing.....
Notice how thwtproduction also took inspirtion form anime production itself with the very close camera takes directly on their eyes, just like in anime.
What I really like about the live-action is that it showed where Luffy and Zoro were before they wound up in the situations they were in. We didn't get to see where Luffy was before he wound up in that barrel and on Alvidas ship with Coby or where Zoro was before going to that bar and intentionally getting himself arrested. Now you want to talk about something we didn't expect to see this early on? Let's talk about how Garp in this series was not only revealed to be Luffy's grandfather way early it also showed them meeting each other and fighting. We weren't supposed to see either of those instances until the Water 7 Arc which is way further down the line. Makes me wonder what else they're going to move up in future seasons.
@@madmanwebster94 I feel it was good we got that revelation early. Cuz as you can see it wasn’t a wasted reveal cuz it made the Straw Hats, who at the time was already not all in on joining Luffy, question whether following Luffy made sense. Plus since a lot of the anime has a bunch of fillers and drawn out stuff they can bring up certain moments early to make story flow better. I mean we weren’t suppose to hear bout Baroque Works till after they get to the Grand Line.

Zoro so bad with directions even his enemies help him 😂
When he says "My favorite is number 1" is also a foreshadow to the fight against "Mr. 1" in Alabasta.

so badass, perfect casting too. he’s literally Zoro 👏🏼
I really love the sword play in the series he’s doing such a good job I never seen a thing like it before especially done for real
He played Enishi before in Rurouni Kenshin the Final
I like how in the One Piece universe you definitely need an extra sword to stand out. Everyone is dual wielding.
