"She uses every epipen on Sam and miraculously Sam wakes up." I agree. This is COMPLETELY MIRACULOUS. Her heart should have siezed up and her mind blanked over from the adrenaline overload. If she would even survive at all, it would be after a series of severe heart attacks and a heart left so severely weakened she'd have years at most to live, despite her young age.
@Cinjrak ok but that had an explanation tho. Goode had just made a fresh deal. Ziggy survived because that was what nick demanded from the devil for the sacrifice
I'm kind of pissed at the supermarket last stand. Like, why would you put the blood on yourselves? It's been proven that the killers follow the blood if it's painted on surfaces. All they'd have to do is put it on rc cars or movable objects or even an animal to run as a distraction.
Because they could run and each was supposed to trap a diff murder. It actually makes sense, using resources you got, aka themselves, was it smartest, prolly not
I liked how so many of your suggestions this time around would have just gotten them killed. The lock them in jail thing would have bought time but as is kind of the point of the story about looking past initial perception: most of your suggestions just show that the right thing to do was what the characters did: gather more intel and try things out. What they found out turns the whole story on it's head step by step: Shadyside being the side of good with the bright and cheery place being fuelled by evil spells. The Spree killers just being equally tragic victims and the witch a force for good spending centuries protecting her people as best she could.
One of the coolest stories ever if only for that reason: subverting the usual scapegoats (laborers, women, people who "deviate" from cultural norms, addicts) and pointing out that the real killers were instead one of the town's richest families of "heroes" all along, deflecting blame for their own evil to others. And Nick wasn't some entirely irredeemable cartoon monster, either, he CHOSE not to be redeemed, which makes it all the worse that he had this reverse redemption arc (and by worse, I mean awesome plotwise but a worse thing for him to do.)
The machine that unalived Kate wasn’t a “cake cutting machine.” As far as I can tell, that’s a bread slicer… I’ve used one before at a grocery store I worked at. One of those would cut you pretty bad, but it’s definitely not gonna carve up her skull like that in real life lol. It’s designed for bread, of course, so it’s not all that powerful. But yes, I know, we shouldn’t nitpick horror movies… just suspend our disbelief and enjoy them
Honestly a good explanation would be that the Devil used whatever demonic powers he had available to facilitate the murders the killers commit no matter how outlandish they may be
It's a lil more than this because if witches curse is based on her own words she bound self to demons and there's the weird heart and blood thing. I think witch curse was unintended or had unintended consequences or maybe she took advantage of demons to see from beyond the grave
Idk if she was the hero, per se. It was just easier to sympathize with her. Goode created monsters while she resurrected and directed them (if a victim touched her moss) Her powers seemed to serve more as “DLC” to Goode’s original curse.
I personally would like to point out that Ruby Lane is the only Shadyside killer that isn't silent as she stalks the victims; she constantly sings "You Always Hurt the One You Love" as she hunts them down. If I were a victim, I'd use her singing as kind of an emergency alarm, at least about her specifically.
i loved watching this trillogy because I was impressed with the decisions that the group made in the final film. the second film though is my personal favorite
From what i remeber, She broke up with Sam. Sam didn’t break up with her. So imagine you are just in the passangers seat and your ex THAT BROKE UP WITH YOU, cases your car to crash 😭
5:10 he could still slash at her hands, chop off her fingers, pretty quickly. Then she'd be back at square one, only now injured and unable to grab something to defend herself with. Only chance she had with that gate was to jam it, or find a pole or something to hold it down with from a distance, fast enough that he couldn't slip through as she searched
Im no doctor or anything, but Im pretty sure its not as simple as "take her blood out and replace it with someone else's blood"....like I would feel there would be a lot more complications then that, not to mention other variables in that plan outside of the blood transfusion.... Also I like how thats a solution: "Wanna stop undead killers from gutting you? Have your friends perform a whole medical procedure on you with no experience whatsoever."
You can never completely replace someone's blood anyways, as long as their bone marrow produces it. So she could potentially get most of her blood from a donor but if we entertain the thought that the killers would go after ANY quantity of her blood. There would always be enough of it you simply can't replace, that just gets produced. So this is a silly and futile strategy.
Yeah, I laughed at that part. I am a doctor, and you’re right. You always need an apheresis machine, and like another commenter said, she’d need a bone marrow transplant to truly replace it. I do RBC exchanges, and I still wouldn’t be able to do it myself without our apheresis nurses, much less a bunch of teens. But apheresis is the entire point of this type of transfusion, since it centrifuges out the RBCs specifically. The witch could be going for her plasma for all we know lol.
It irks me that some suggestions/analysis are not that thought out much like literal kids pulling off a full blood transfusion in a moving ambulance, suggesting meat shields (as long as you don’t mind being a meat shield yourself, then it’s a no-no), suggesting to always investigate to know how to deal with the enemy, but at the same time, criticizing the characters for investigating (I did not find it smart to do it at night, though), and finally, assuming that all the characters have full knowledge of what’s happening so far. I still enjoy the videos though lol
You can actually skip all of these things and instead trot your ass to the Sunnyvale Post Office, buy yourself a Sunnyvale PO box and you should be all nice and safe.

One of my favorite horror franchise. Kinda crazy that it went straight to Netflix. I think it had a chance to make money and create a “cult” following if it was released in theaters
This movie is excellent a perfect slasher film the 2nd one by far is the best followed by the first and third they all have their own plus and minus but the 2nd one is near perfection

People really overestimate the value of just stabbing someone in the thigh. Like I get some people don't wanna stab someone's face or chest, but if you have a second to grab the killers knife... There is no reason why you shouldn't drive that thing into their leg. Maybe it'll kill 'em, maybe not, but the important thing is that they can't chase after you.
Blood transfusions take hours. They would literally die trying to keep her safe long enough. That’s assuming her body doesn’t reject the donor blood for whatever reason.
there is no way a transfusion would not work = the blood would still mix unless you drain completely and even then there would be a little bit in her system and then the blood would be contaminated
Also- it's impossible for a group of teenagers to do this... Even a doctor who does full transfusions would need a machines to filter the blood and nurses. Sam would be dead lol

@@Helix_0990oh ok. I might rewatch these movies some time this week . Only because these are truly cool movies and that’s saying a lot for someone who don’t like horror movies much
23:32 Wouldn't work. Exchange transfusion can only substitutes PART of the patient's blood. The minute you start transfusing the donated blood in, it's going to mix with her own blood, making it impossible to remove one without draining the other too. And you can't remove ALL of her blood before injecting the donor's in, because she'd die of shock long before you were done. At most, it'd work to dilute her blood and confuse the killers while she got the hell out of town and tested yout distance theory firsthand, after her own blood cells regenerated.
I was a teenager in the 90s and my mom would take me to waldenbooks to get the new Christopher Pike and RL Stine. Fear Street series or others. Not Goosebumps. Loved them and kept them for years. They were not smart people in these books
