How many of this or that to pull? #2 how many orders are done at a time? #3 where do the orders go when complete? #4, how do you know if you're done with an order? #5 does every item pulled get a sticker? How do you know where to put everything? Final question, is it a 4 day work week or 5?

That scanning and placing labels on every case makes you move at a slower pace. Thats why most warehouses use voice picking. You can move alot faster. The only thing you will be touching is the cases. Everytime you touch those labels and the device on your wrist you could've been picking up a case

Cap I work at Sysco St. Louis we make 26.50hr you can make 2k a week but you have to hit wip and get all your incentives that’s the part he not telling yall. You gotta run over 100% and you have to pick 5,000 cases and you can have any mispicks but all in all it’s a good job my checks are usually over 2k

    • @bhantambo9822

Managements are good, but work is hard only thing is working efficiently. Do not touch your boxes more than once write everything down on a timesheet. Make sure your percentage is over 100% every day and the percentage for a day and a week is different so good luck.
