Our sysco wouldn’t let it slide puttin stickers on top. We were told to put the stickers on the short side.. but hey I guess each warehouse is different.
Every warehouse frowns on that but most drivers are used to it and don’t fuss about it, it just makes it easier for the driver to scan if it’s on the side but a vet driver will figure it out, just get the cases on the truck
I'm dry utility so I'm all over but mainly in the freezer I average between 110 120 the highest I hit was 128 I been at sysco for 4 months now it ain't for the weak but if you sick it out you and your family will be good that's why I'm trying to average 120 140 that's where the money at my stack good I think I just don't know the orders by heart that's what's holding me back thanks for the video good jawn
Memorizing your customers orders makes this job so much easier. You basically gonna be building the same pallets, give or take cases. You physically fit n have a great memory, easy way to make 80 grand a yr for riding a moto n stacking boxes....
I currently work for adusa where they offer a eop program which stands for early out program I select in dairy and run around 190 -220 my shifts are from 6am-430pm if there is no mandatory ot well I’m usually done with work around 12pm and with over 10+ hours of work done all paid. Not many sites offer that early out program I definitely do appreciate my order selecting job puts more then just food on the table but

Just left Sysco after 2 years... Cooler section as well. Guess your warehouse numbers are different, that would have been maybe 70% at ours.. We would have to literally Run to get a 120. No more going from Meat to produce, then dairy, then second produce again. Ridiculous at times

Pull up, know where you are going, know where you want the case to go, attack the slot, grab, stick, place, go.. He did all of the above I see 140% easy from where I'm standing.

I work meat and produce at a walmart dc I can run 200% all night highest was 202% for 7 hours my best night though was 185% for 10 and half hours. Ive been doing it 6 years straight and am the highest runner on my shift

Tbh the only down side to me is guys that’s envious of you because you running high percentage then them and way more money.. so not the long hours, not the heavy lifting.. but crooked co workers
Say for example the batch your given gives you about 45 mins to finish. If you finish exactly on the dot it's 100% and after each min you shave off like say you finish in 35 mins instead that could be like 120% and you get an incentive for finishing early. But the incentive is based off of weekly overall percentage not just daily

After he's done with the pellets he places them in a special designated area for the loader that was my job sounds easy but some trailers with take 26 pellets the Raymond forklifts and pallet jacks are the best I was getting trained to do this job the only part I didn't like was putting labels on everything and we didn't have that thing on his forearm

In that situation if it’s the SAME CUSTOMER, SAME STOP! then I might jus put some of the cases on the other one if either one is too full.. but be careful wit that also cuh each pallet has a set amount of cases that the system puts on it.. once you go adding extra cases even tho it’s the same thing, it may be too high

The reason he’s putting labels on each case is cause they’re going to different stores/customers he could have 7 boxes going to Panda Express, 20 cases to a pizza joint and 30 cases to a school or hospital etc etc... that’s why they put labels cause the driver has to know which case is going where when he downstacks it

Yes if the minimum is 1 percent every day.. think bout it you’ll be at a great precent in 4 months time.. I did this technique and now I can run 160 if I choose but I can comfortably maintain a 140 average n make over 2 thousand a week

Do Not use P.O.V. cameras . Cant see anything . Super annoying. Use only a real hand held movie camera with a nice wide lens and field of view. Do not use Go pro's or cell phone cameras or drones . They show nothing. . and NO MUSIC Please.. annoying !!! Narrate in a smooth clear voice or hire a professional speaker to narrate your videos..

270 to 300 is what I am doing daily. 7 years selecting. So, it easy for me. Plus I was fast at sysco and US Foods. Alot of experience.
