I see you hustlin and bustin ass. I been there, I know it's hard work. As a driver now I beg you to get as many pick labels facing out as possible. Makes it so much easier for us for scanning. Sometimes not alot of room to work in the trailer
You’ll have to see on your own every one is different.. some can be good in one n average or bad in the other then you have the ones that are versatile and can do all 3.. so it’s jus depends on your capability
Is it must to carry three pallets at a time or its up to you to do so also do you guys think it's good job for an introvert person who don't like interacting with people mush
to be safe to avoid mispicks I rather scan the barcode on the box rather than just scan the slot because at times the forklift driver can make an error and put the wrong pallet in the slot
Any idea what the forklift replenishment guys are running? Also they don’t have to take off shrink wrap? I also notice they don’t got 10 selectors on the neck like I do lol. I stay trying to be ahead of my guys to prevent shorts. Where I’m at it’s piece pay, whole different animal. You gotta run or you aren’t getting paid nothing. You can make 15/20 to 30+a hr depending on how you move.
My 3rd week in the cooler running a 65 please give us another video with some in debt stacking tips i be watching all ya videos everyday get to work just to run a 60😭
Man I got into an accident so that’s why I haven’t put no videos but soon as I get bacc to work I will break down staccin.. staccin is the number one thing to run a high percent.. once you can stacc good and learn your orders then you’ll be runnin 130s and 140s.. easy

Freezer
How do you go about stacking? Whats your strategy? You zone and throw cases anywhere, regardless of stop order?
No.. I stack in zone but I have a way of putting certain cases in certain spots.. soft cases in the middle , hard cases on the outside. Strong base
Good job 👍😊 I did this work 21 years,

Very true.. scan the cases as much as possible.. if you scan slot make sure to verify the case

About a month in and I’m running a 70, tryna figure out what I need to do to get my percentage up. Any old or new tips you’d be willing to share?
Just continue to take your time.. focus on how to stacc and learning and remembering the orders and cases..
