@Mike, when you're eating Crab Legs, if you pull/pop the joint part and pull, it will remove the tendon on the inside of the leg, you start at teh feet and work your way up. This will let you get large pieces without that tendon getting in the way. On the Pincers, if you break off the Dactyl, you can remove the meat out of the Propodus(the palm) of the claw.

Back when I was in Alaska I ate 10 pounds of king crab at my friend's mom's wedding. That crab is amazing!!!!!
