Noticed the fake crab, just as you said it was such. When you have Jiang crab legs available why not just put a small pice in your cevichi. Sure the buffet is not cheap. Thank great review.
You should go to The Nordic buffet in Rhode Island. All you can eat lobster, oysters, and king crab legs.

Judging from the buffets you've gone to before, this place doesn't measure up. Probably a C+ considering the overcooked meat, lack of seasoning, and imitation crab.
