It still amazes me how often people will wear their precious, fine jewelry to the beach thinking that they won’t lose it. I learned a hard lesson over 30 years ago to never wear fine jewelry to the beach. I lost a precious gemstone from a ring my husband had given to me, I was utterly heartbroken. It’s nice to know that you return what you find 🤗
I'm happily surprised to see how much you find to return to the owners! It's their lucky day but you really seem to get a tickle out of it too!! Good man!! I like your channel!!🎉😊
@@Niko.pawzzz Probably because gold reflects sun pretty well, so you'll become a target more easily, that's my guess, google would probably answer it for you.

I would LOVE to do this as a hobby, I'm not even interested of finding and selling expensive rings I just want to do it for the thrill of finding out what it could be. Also being able to return jewelry must be such an amazing feeling, jewelry can hold so much emotion and love.
It is gut wrenching to lose a ring especially wedding or family heirloom rings. I once lost my wedding ring and realized it the morning after a nighttime boating outing where I figured of course that it flew off my hand when throwing some boat lines. Months later there it was, laying on the floor between my bed and nightstand. Had vacuumed plenty of times maybe it finally fell out of the bed frame. I must have pulled it off in my sleep that night which I’d never done in my sleep before timed with being on the water, how could I not think it was lost forever.
That was so much fun to watch! I physically could not do it so I am living vicariously thru you! I would have cried if I found that Tiff bracelet-soooo pretty! Your excitment is contagious!
You are a stand up guy! Helping people recover their lost items has to be very rewarding. I really enjoy your channel and look forward to your new content. Keep up the good work!
Love your finds and returns. So far I’ve found 3 iphones I’ve returned and 3 rings. The expression on the people’s faces when you return a ring or phone is worth more than hanging on to it; especially when it has sentimental value handed down from generations. And especially for a phone with all the personal info
For the paper money that was nearly disintegrated by the water: Allow it to dry out and check to see if you have a portion of the bill with the serial number. If so, I'm nearly certain the bank will honor it and replace it. I think all you'll need is the serial number portion for any destroyed bill for replacement. This also goes for money that has seen fire damage, too.
Please be cautious at dawn and dusk, sharks feed the most at those times of day. Murky water you would only get a bump or bite! Love what you do and don’t want to see anything happen to you ❤

It's such a joyous relief when its actually recovered from Neptune's grasp! To them, it seems miraculous as I come out of the water with it. I'm sure I've done at least 30, almost all down on "South Beach" which these days I think we consider extends up to 21st St; used to be just the area south of 5th St. I am living by different beaches now, just recently did 2 wedding band recoveries at my local beach. I was mostly birding since covid (birding can be an even bigger obsession than treasure hunting, believe it or not), but now got most of the Lifers that are available in south florida, and got back into detecting beaches since the end of May.
