Awe so cool I play the same style Mr. Mainer did just a thumb and index finger. It is a brilliant and gentle style great for singing! I really love that Mr. Holt values old time music and tries all he can to save it.

I used to play music with JE Mainer's daughter Mary. She was a fine lady and loved to sing while playing on her guitar. I would accompany her playing the fiddle. Mary as with about all these older folks is gone on now. I sure miss her friendship.
