Hi Rachel! Love what you've done with the desk! With regards to your puzzle with the missing pieces: 1. There's something magical about the couple of missing pieces, you could leave it as it is, it almost represents life where there's always a void to fill.. 2. You could put that incomplete puzzle in a glass frame and hang it up (stick the pieces with tape in the back in case they keep falling apart) Just a thought.. :)
I agree, accept that those 2 pieces are missing. It's still beautiful. But don't let those 2 pieces influence you. If it bothers you, get rid of the puzzle, otherwise frame it and put it on a wall🙂
I also agree, I bought a wooden lamp which has a noticeable flaw on it, was going to return it but it's a reminder that life isn't perfect and that's perfectly fine

You've made me start buying flowers for myself every now & then - it never occurred to me before, & I'm amazed how this simple act always lifts my mood! & for some weird reason makes me think I have, dare I say "control" over my life lol. Hi Rachel, the rearrange is great! 👍 Good job, especially putting the taller shelf to the left. You also have the possibility of moving the shelves closer to the corner to create more space to the desk. That would require finding a new space for the Dyson and weights but it could be an option. Again, great job and thanks for sharing! 🌻🌺
I absolutely love this new layout!! Great to have that wall space as well as the window. What a cozy corner yet still get the beautiful views. I would probably try and put those roses in a shadow box and then it can stand on your bookshelf. Make a rose in the shadow box with the roses lol!

I love it 😍 also the roses.. you could get a deep set/box frame (maybe a white one so the roses pop?) and hot glue the base of the flowers down in like neat rows of 3. That way when you hang the frame on the wall, you look directly into the centre of the roses behind the glass. If that makes sense? Haha could be cute!
While in the midst of my own apartment deep clean and reorganizing. I decided to take a mini-break and saw your video 😄 . I love what you've done with your office and that gave me some ideas for mine, so thank you! I love your aesthetic!
Love this video, I always find I'm having to rearrange my desk area as it is where I spend the most time. I just leave stuff all over. In regards to the roses can put them in a vase or jar like potpourri. You could also put them in a bag in a drawer and then whenever you open the drawer you get a nice rose aroma. Or use them in the bathtub for a nice relaxing bubble bath.
Could you store the puzzle temporarily on top of the fridge, or under the couch or TV unit? You could also try contacting the place you bought the puzzle as they may be able to give you the details of their supplier. Love the new desk spot!
I like the outline and redecorating. Maybe the picture next to the shelving is just not calming enough? Possibly some black words in a black frame against a white background? Just an idea.

I am not a fan of pink too but I think your love of green is growing on me. Would never consider the colour green for bed linen but after watching your videos I love the idea of it 💚

Hey Rach, I would go back to the company you bought it from they are a distributor for the manufacturer. They will be able to contact the manufacturer to help you out. I’ve had something similar happen to me with a puzzle I’m in Melbourne and the distributor (BigW) sorted it out no issues good luck 🤞
I really wasn’t sure about the desk half against the wall and half in front of window but it looks amazing. I’m very similar to you inspired to create pretty views but have piles waiting to be sorted (she says standing in a newly decorated guest room with ‘to sort’ on my bedroom floor 😩

Gotta tell you, my mum contacted a puzzle company due to missing pieces and…..their customer service was excellent but their solution was to just resend her the entire puzzle, not the missing pieces. She could not be bothered looking through the 1000 pieces to find the missing ones so she didn’t bother. They did send her 2 more puzzles free of charge to compensate her though.

You can get roll up puzzle mats, I find it really useful if I have to put a puzzle away while still working on it.

You should have the dries roses pressed in glass. I did that with the flowers from my wedding to preserve them.
Maybe put the dried roses in a tall
